	The Orioles &amp;#8211; 5-0 in tournament play &amp;#8211; built a 14-0 lead over the first three innings and cruised to the seven-inning. Austin Kilbourne and Chris Cook each had three RBIs for Baltimore while Chris Ayers supplied four hits.&lt;/p&gt;

	The grand finale of the AAABA Tournament&amp;#8217;s postgame fireworks display was erupting over the hillside behind Point Stadium on Friday night when Delweld manager Chris DelSignore made an observation.&lt;br /&gt;
	&amp;#8220;The fireworks started at 7 o&amp;#8217;clock,&amp;#8221; DelSignore said.&lt;br /&gt;
	Unfortunately, DelSignore wasn&amp;#8217;t talking about the colorful pyrotechnics in the sky. Instead, he referred to the Livonia Cobras&amp;#8217; 17-hit attack in the Michigan squad&amp;#8217;s 16-0, mercy-rule shortened victory over Delweld.&lt;/p&gt;

	Trailing late in an elimination game in the AAABA Tournament, New Orleans manager Bill Babin put his trust in a few of his veteran players.&lt;br /&gt;
	It paid off.&lt;br /&gt;
	Joe Broussard pitched his way out of a jam and Sean McMullen hit a two-run, inside-the-park home run that sparked the Boosters to a 7-4 victory over Cleveland at Point Stadium Friday afternoon.&lt;br /&gt;
	With the game tied at 1 in the fifth, New Orleans starting pitcher Craig Pellegrin tweaked a muscle pull that had sidelined him earlier in the season. Joshua Wood entered the game with a 2-0 count on Andrew Frey and threw two balls to him to force in the go-ahead run. Wood threw two more balls to cleanup hitter Kevin Bernay before Babin had seen enough.&lt;/p&gt;

	Delweld ace Andy Smithmyer&amp;#8217;s homecoming season has been filled with milestones and memories this summer.&lt;br /&gt;
	But it will be tough to top Thursday&amp;#8217;s performance in terms of excitement, adrenaline rush and significance. And, all of the superlatives occurred during one of Smithmyer&amp;#8217;s shortest outings this season.&lt;br /&gt;
	Smithmyer threw two innings in a closer role on only two days&amp;#8217; rest. He recorded six strikeouts and allowed one run as Delweld defeated Johnstown rival Martella&amp;#8217;s Pharmacy 8-6 in front of an estimated 7,000 fans at Point Stadium.&lt;/p&gt;
