JOHNSTOWN —
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Leonard of Johnstown have marked their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering hosted by their children at their home.
Mr. Leonard and the former Mary Ellen Hecker were married Nov. 30, 1962, at St. John Gualbert Cathedral.
The Leonards are members of St. John Gualbert Cathedral.
Mr. Leonard enjoys the outdoors, reading and watching NASCAR.
Mrs. Leonard volunteers at Riverside fire hall and ladies auxiliary.
She enjoys cooking, bingo and watching the Steelers.
They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
The Leonards are the parents of four children: Tammy, wife of David Micik, Johnstown; Terri
Shumaker, Johnstown; Sharon Leonard, Johnstown; and Michael Leonard engaged to Bridget Hunter, Johnstown.
There are four grandchildren: David and Tyler Micik and Christopher and Morgan Shumaker.
