Naugles mark 60th date

JOHNSTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Lester Naugle of Davidsville have marked their 60th wedding anniversary with a surprise reception at St. David’s Lutheran Church and a family dinner at LaMonica’s Restaurant hosted by their children.

Mr. Naugle and the former Sara Jane Penrod were married Oct. 26, 1952, at Grace Lutheran Church, Morrellville.

Mr. Naugle worked at Sanitary Dairy and McIlwain School Bus and Charter Bus Co.

The Naugles are the parents of two children: Dennis Naugle of Hollsopple and Debby Mavrich of Pittsburgh.

There are four grandchildren.
