Sedlmyers note golden date

JOHNSTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Harry Sedlmyer of Johnstown have noted their 50th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Sedlmyer and the former Lorraine George were married Aug. 11, 1962, in Summerhill.

Mr. Sedlmyer retired from Penelec.

The Sedlmyers enjoy bowling, gardening, horseshoes and spending time with their grandchildren.

They are the parents of three children: Lorraine, wife of John Dolansky; Edward Sedlmyer, and wife, Tobrena; and Vincent Sedlmyer, and wife, Lorie.

There are five grandchildren: Tyler and Travis Lawrence, Benjamin and Isaac Sedlmyer and Robert Sedlmyer.
