BETHESDA, Md. – Lockheed Martin Corp. on Thursday announced that its board of directors has authorized a first quarter 2010 dividend of $0.63 per share. The dividend is payable March 26 to holders of record as of the close of business on March 1.
Headquartered in Bethesda, Lockheed Martin is a global security company that employs about 140,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. The corporation reported 2009 sales of $45.2 billion.
Lockheed Martin has an operation in Richland Township.
Social media networking session planned
The Young Professionals of the Alleghenies will present a Lunch N’ Learn social media networking session from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 12 at Pitt-Johnstown’s Living Learning Center.
Businesses may send their in-house computer technicians to learn about how they can use social media sites to enhance sales and business growth.
Chuck Salem and Michelle Stumpf will be the keynote presenters.
The session includes lunch and costs $15 for registered YPA members and $20 for nonmembers.
