BROOKLYN, N.Y. — With Sunday’s victory over Long Island in the NEC title game, St. Francis earned the league’s automatic bid into the NCAA women’s basketball tournament.
St. Francis University will have the selection show live inside DeGol Arena at 7 p.m. tonight.
The Red Flash pep band, cheerleaders and women’s basketball team will be on hand to welcome the public to DeGol Arena. Doors will open at
6 p.m. The selection show will be aired live at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
“We are extremely appreciative of the support that we received from our students, parents, staff and fans and we are proud that they came to Brooklyn and turned this town red,” said Bob Krimmel, Saint Francis’ director of athletics. “We want to share Monday evening with everyone in
the Red Flash community, and we look forward to having them with us.”
