JOHNSTOWN —
Raymond and Gayle Holtzman of Johnstown have announced the engagement of their daughter, Keashia, to Mark Kishlock, son of David and Margaret Kishlock, also of Johnstown.
Miss Holtzman is a 2004 graduate of Richland Senior High School and a 2008 graduate of Pitt-Johnstown, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
She is employed by AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services as a senior trust accountant.
Mr. Kishlock is a 2002 graduate of Richland Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Penn State, Altoona, where he received a bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering.
He is employed by Johnstown Wire Technologies as a project engineer.
An October 2013 wedding is planned.
