JOHNSTOWN — Debbie and Bob Probert of Alum Bank and Darlene and Tom Japalucci of Latrobe have announced the engagement of their children, Kristi Eileen Mash and Scott Joseph Japalucci.

Miss Mash is a 1999 graduate of Windber Area High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business management.

She is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

She is employed by Somerset Trust Co.

Mr. Japalucci is a 1999 graduate of Greater Latrobe Senior High School and a 2003 graduate of Pitt-Johnstown, where he received a bachelor’s degree in social science.

In 2009, he earned a master’s degree in business administration from St. Francis University, Loretto.

He is employed by Concurrent Technologies Corp.

A 2013 wedding is planned.
