JOHNSTOWN — Dale and Marian Shannon of Stoystown and Nicholas and Susan Costantino of Windber have announced the engagement of their children, Laura Shannon and Nicholas Costantino Jr.

Miss Shannon is a graduate of North Star High School, Boswell, and Seton Hill University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in dietetics.

She is employed by Senior LIFE as a registered dietitian.

Mr. Costantino is a graduate of Windber Area High School and Penn State, where he received a bachelor’s degree in secondary education.

He earned a master’s degree in applied mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

He is a high school math teacher employed by Greater Johnstown School District.

A May 25 wedding is planned at St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, Johnstown.
