Amanda Miller and Steven Keiper, both of Needmore, Fulton County, have announced their engagement.
Miss Miller is the daughter of William and Theresa Miller of Nicktown.
Mr. Keiper is the son of Duane and Jane Keiper of Sidman.
Miss Miller is a 2001 graduate of Northern Cambria High School and a 2005 graduate of Lock Haven University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education.
In 2007, she earned a master’s degree from Gannon University.
She is a life skills teacher at Southern Fulton High School, Warfordsburg, Fulton County.
Mr. Keiper is a 1999 graduate of Forest Hills High School, Sidman, and a 2004 graduate of Penn State, where he received a bachelor’s degree in forest science.
He is employed by DCNR Bureau of Forestry, McConnellsburg, Fulton County, as a forester.
An Aug. 16 wedding is planned at St. Nicholas Church, Nicktown.
