Beth Jardina and Timothy Makdad have announced their engagement.

Miss Jardina is the daughter of Vincent Jr. and Denise Jardina of Upper Yoder Township.

Mr. Makdad is the son of Edward and Nancy Makdad of Brownstown.

An October 2010 wedding is planned.
