Johnstown — Frank and Karen Gaydos of Belsano have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kellee Andrea, to David Wheeler, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Norman Wheeler of Springboro, Pa.

Miss Gaydos is a graduate of Blacklick Valley High School and Pennsylvania Highlands Community College, where she received an associate degree.

She is employed by Pittsburgh Arts Institute.

Mr. Wheeler is a graduate of  Conneaut Valley High School and Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he received an associate degree.

He is employed by Mesa Inc., as a mechanical design specialist.

An April wedding is planned.
