Amanda Pelipesky, Michael Manges

JOHNSTOWN — Amanda Pelipesky and Michael Manges have announced their engagement.

Amanda is the daughter of James and Mary Kay Pelipesky of Nanty Glo.

Michael is the son of Roxanne Manges of Central City and the late Alan Manges.

Amanda is a graduate of Blacklick Valley High School, Nanty Glo, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she received bachelor’s degrees in fashion merchandising and early elementary education.

She is a collision center office manager employed by John Stuckey Ford and Subaru, Hollidaysburg.

Michael is a graduate of Shade High School, Cairnbrook, and Allegheny College of Maryland, where he received an  associate degree in computer networking.

He is employed by Jigging Technologies as an aggregate technician.

An Oct. 12, 2013, wedding is planned.
