Jenna Springer and Dustin Izing have announced their engagement.
Miss Springer is the daughter of Craig Springer of Westmont and John and Pamela Carroll of Johnstown.
Mr. Izing is the son of Laura Izing of Westmont and Kevin Weaver of Cheyenne, Wyo.
A July 20, 2013, wedding is planned at Chestnut Ridge Country Club, Blairsville.
