Faith rally today at Somerset church
A faith rally will begin at 9:15 a.m. today at Somerset Church of Christ, 310 S. Kimberly Ave.
Chad Celaire will speak.
Events begin at 9:15 with a meet and greet; followed by Hello Group Activity (hymn sing) at 9:30; announcements and opening prayer at 9:50; CHoosE, an a cappella group from the University of Virginia, at 10; Lesson A: “Who Stole My Identity?” at 10:45; small group jam at 11:45; and prayer in the auditorium at noon.
Lunch will be provided at 12:05 p.m.; followed by Lesson B: “Children Like No Other” at 2:15; CHoosE at 2:30; Loosen-Up group activity at 3:40; Lesson C: “Transformers” at 4; small group jam at 5; and hymn sing and dinner prayer at 5:15.
Dinner will be served at 5:30.
A hymn sing and praise will be presented at 6:45 and closing statements and prayer will be held at 7.

Conemaugh church to show movie
“The Passion of the Christ” will be shown at 6 tonight at Conemaugh Church of the Brethren, 1256 William Penn Ave.

Evangelist to lead revival in Windber
A healing and deliverance revival with T.L. Lowery will be held at 7 tonight and 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday at Windber Church of God, 2400 Jackson Ave.

Group to present Passover seder
Jews for Jesus will present a Passover seder during the 9:30 a.m. Sunday worship service at Johnstown Grace Brethren Church, 535 Napoleon St. in the Kernville section of Johnstown.
Church’s service will emphasize music
The 10 a.m. Sunday worship service at Second Presbyterian Church, 565 Park Ave. in the Moxham section of Johnstown, will feature music by Sarah Pruss.
Roxbury church schedules activities
The Rev. Brian N. Simmons, pastor of Roxbury Church of the Brethren, 112 Sell St., Johnstown, will deliver the message, “Realizing the Precious” based on Scripture from John 12:1-8, during the 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship service.
A covered-dish dinner will follow with a congregational gathering.
In conjunction with the “Springs of Living Water” initiative, a discussion will be held on “Spiritual Appreciation.”
Sunday school will begin at 9:30.
Berkey church sets renewal services
Berkey Church of the Brethren, 1038 Church Drive, Windber, will hold spring renewal services at 10 a.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday. Preservice singing will begin at 6:45 nightly.
The Rev. Royden Airesman, pastor of Windber Church of the Brethren, will speak.

Maple Spring’s service to focus on hope
Maple Spring Church of the Brethren, 106 Spring Road, Hollsopple, will hold a hope service, reflection of memories, during the 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship service.
The Rev. Guy Myers, pastor, will speak on “Our Blessed Hope,” with Scripture from 1 Peter 1:3-12.
A Bible study for men, women, youth and the Kidz Klub will begin at 6 p.m.

Church members to honor pastor
Members of Shiloh Baptist Church, 639 Menoher Blvd., Johnstown, will celebrate the 13th anniversary of their pastor, the Rev. Theodore Tisinger, on Sunday.
Minister Jerome Tisinger, the church’s associate minister, will speak at 11 a.m.
The Rev. Stephen Daniel of Mount Rise Baptist Church in Homestead, Allegheny County, will speak at 4 p.m.
Dinner will be served between the services.
Pastor, wife to note anniversary
The Rev. and Mrs. Jeremiah Hunter will celebrate their 18th anniversary with Mount Sinai Institutional Baptist Church, 111 Cambria St., Johnstown, during the 4 p.m. Sunday worship service.
The Rev. Charles V. Johnson and the congregation of Stevens Memorial Holy Church in Johnstown will be guests.
Concert on Sunday at Windber church
CrossOver will be in concert at 7 p.m. Sunday at Windber Church of the Brethren, 500 19th St.

Archabbey to host lecture at St. Vincent
St. Vincent Archabbey will host an inspirational lecture by Dr. Carl T. Hasselman titled “The Passion and Death of Christ: An Analysis of the Shroud of Turin from a Medical Perspective” at 7 p.m. Sunday at Fred M. Rogers Center, St. Vincent College campus, Fraser Purchase Road, Latrobe.
The lecture will focus on medical aspects of the Shroud of Turin, the linen cloth that wrapped the body of Jesus Christ for burial after the crucifixion.
Hasselman is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at St. Margaret’s Hospital, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
He resides in Oakmont with his wife of 19 years, Deirdre, and their four children.

Revival services on tap in Hooversville
Hooversville Church of the Brethren, 195 Lohr St., will hold revival services at 7:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
Ronald and Linda Beachley will speak.
Brother Ron will deliver the message, “Free to be Forgiven,” on Monday.
On Wednesday, his message will be “A Matter of Trust.”
Sister Linda’s message will be “We May Drink Because Jesus Was Thirsty” on Tuesday.
Singing will begin at 7:15 nightly, and include Gary Mosorjak, the church choir and other groups.

Center to host Passover seder
Spring Meadow Family Worship Center, Route 56, Fishertown, will host a Passover seder plate at 6 p.m. March 28.
The sampling of the meal will be presented by the Rev. Don Kretzer of Messianic Ministries International.
