Singer Kenny Rogers, recognized for his silky-smooth voice and silver mane, returns to Johnstown during his Christmas and Hits Tour.
The concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Dec. 19 at the Cambria County War Memorial Arena, 326 Napoleon St., Johnstown.
Tickets, which go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, are $29.95, $37.95, $46.95 and $57.95 (building fees or taxes are not included).

Johnstown to host marching band show
Greater Johnstown School District will host its first Cambria County Bands in Review at 3 p.m. Saturday in Cochran Auditorium, 222 Central Ave. in the Moxham section of Johnstown.
Marching bands from Cambria County have been invited to perform their 2009 marching shows indoors.
At the conclusion of the show, all participating bands will perform three pieces together.
Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children.
Tickets will be available at the door.
