Country music singer to perform in Indiana

Country music entertainer Justin Moore will headline the 105th Indiana County Fair.

The fair is scheduled for Aug. 25 to Sept. 1 at the fairgrounds, 803 Hospital Road, Indiana.

Moore will perform at 8 p.m. Aug. 27.

He performed at the 2010 Indiana fair.

Moore’s recent releases include “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away” and “Bait a Hook.” His musical style is a blend of traditional country and southern rock.

Spirit Blend Quartet will perform at 7 p.m. Aug. 26, followed by a Harvest Home service with Jeff Smith.

High school band night will be held at 7 Aug. 28, and a cheerleading expo will be held at 6 p.m. Aug. 30.

Other grandstand shows are a modified and farm tractor pull at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 25; stock gasoline and stock diesel 4x4 pickup pull at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 29; limited pro stock and smoker series tractors and big-rig semis at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 31; a demolition derby at noon Sept. 1; and a stock-semi, tri-axle dump and performance gas and performance diesel 4x4 truck pull at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 1.

The one-price admission of $8 from Aug. 27 through Sept. 1 includes all mechanical rides, exhibits and grandstand shows.

Children ages 2 and younger will be admitted  free. There will be $5 admission on Aug. 25, and free admission Aug. 26.

Senior citizens and veterans with military identification will be admitted free on Aug. 29.

Parking is free.
