Bishop McCort and Northern Cambria translated stellar seasons into top seedings in the Class AA bracket of the girls District 6 playoffs.
Dates, times and locations have not been determined.
The Crimson Crushers are the No. 1 seeds, and have a bye in the first round before facing either No. 8 Central or No. 9 Cambria Heights.
Northern Cambria is No. 2, and draws the winner of No. 7 Westmont and No. 10 Tyrone.
Other first-round games include No. 5 Central Cambria and No. 4 Penns Valley; and No. 3 Southern Huntingdon facing No. 6 Marion Center.
Forest Hills is the lone area representative in the Class AAA bracket, seeded third. The Rangers will face No. 2 Bellefonte in the first round.
The other first-round game is No. 4 Indian Valley and No. 5 Huntingdon.
In Class A, Ferndale is the top local seed, drawing the No. 4 spot behind Bishop Guilfoyle, Penns Manor and Williamsburg.
Ferndale will face the winner of No. 12 Conemaugh Valley and No. 5 Harmony.
No. 8 Bishop Carroll and No. 9 Moshannon Valley will battle for the right to play Bishop Guilfoyle.
No. 2 Penns Manor awaits the winner of No. 7 Saltsburg and No. 10 West Branch.
No. 6 Belleville Mennonite meets No. 11 Blairsville, with the winner facing No. 3 Williamsburg.
