HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania State Police say a woman was shot in the parking lot of the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg.

Police say the incident occurred before noon today. The victim was taken to a hospital but authorities say her condition isn’t known.

State police say they believe the woman knew the person who shot her, and that there’s no immediate danger to the public.

The Patriot-News of Harrisburg is reporting that Farm Show officials told people inside the building they shouldn’t go outside.

Crews are starting to set up for this weekend’s Eastern Sports and Outdoors Show.
