Update: Cambria Crimestoppers offering reward in Richland homicide

JOHNSTOWN — Cambria Crimestoppers is offering a $4,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a Richland Township man’s murder last week.

Richland Township police said they are looking for help in solving 38-year-old Robert T. Williams Jr.’s death – believed to be at the hands of two black men who were spotted leaving his Lydia Street home around 8 p.m. Thursday, the night he was fatally shot.

Information, which can be given anonymously, can be telephoned into the Crimestoppers hotline at 800-548-7500.

Police believe Williams was a robbery target.
