Christina Vivis, 39, 1000 block of Jefferson Avenue, Beaverdale, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month home confinement with electronic monitoring, plus 23 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,522 in costs and fines.
Beverly Jean Webb, 43, 400 block of Horner Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $1,230 in costs and fines. No further sentence.
Robert Willis, 52, 700 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, resisting arrest. Sentenced to three months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,831 in costs and fines.
Megan Marie Woodley, 25, 100 block of Municipal Road, Northern Cambria, DUI-third offense, driving under suspension DUI-related, public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to three months in county prison, plus an additional seven years probation. Ordered to pay $7,021 in costs and fines. Also convicted in nonjury trial of two counts of driving while license was suspended. Ordered to pay an additional $1,475 in costs and fines.
James Matthew Wylie, 21, 1300 block of Magee Avenue, Patton, six counts each of criminal trespass and theft and one count each of conspiracy to commit theft, theft of a motor vehicle, attempted criminal trespass and escape. Sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $29,726 in costs and fines.
Stefan Theodore Zajdel, 48, 300 block of Parkhill Drive, Johnstown, duty to give information and render aid and immediate notice of an accident. Ordered to pay $2,311 in costs and fines. No further sentence.
