JOHNSTOWN — Members of the Richland Elementary Cheerleaders take part in a victory parade Friday afternoon that was escorted along township roadways by police and volunteer firefighters. The procession started at the elementary school and wound to a finish in the parking lot of Richland Cinemas at 420 Theatre Drive. The cheerleaders were celebrating a national cheerleading championship.
