BRUSH VALLEY — A 13-year-old Armagh boy faces harassment charges after troopers said he hit a woman in the head with his fists as she was driving a van.

State police said the child punched Judith Romeo, 63, of Delmont, as she was driving on Route 56 at Oneida Mine Road in Brush Valley Township.

The incident occurred about 2:30 p.m. Friday.
