Barron court

The following are more serious criminal cases reported by District Judge John Barron, Upper Yoder Township, for the week ending Dec. 22:

Melvina Lenore Lancaster, 43, Villabard Drive, State College, Centre County, was charged with four drug-law violations and conspiring to commit a drug-law violation. Case is pending.

George Michael McConnell, 24, 100 block of Village Street, Johnstown, charged with a drug-law violation and conspiring to commit a drug-law violation, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Kelly Lynn Huff, 18, 700 block of McMillen Street, Johnstown, charged with four drug-law violations and conspiring to commit a drug-law violation, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Antoine Williams, 25, 700 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown, charged with three drug-law violations and conspiring to commit a drug-law violation, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

John Reed, 18, 100 block of Dibert Street, Johnstown, charged with conspiring to commit a drug-law violation, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Dillon James Robertson, 18, Solomon Homes, Johnstown, charged with five drug-law violations, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Otis L. Williams Jr., 36, Hazel Street and Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, charged with two drug-law violations and conspiring to commit a drug-law violation, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Leroy E. Armold, 44, 900 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, charged with six drug-law violations, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Sonya Cook, 28, 100 block of Arthur Street, Johnstown, charged with two drug-law violations, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Barbara J. Mikesic, 46, 100 block of Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, charged with two drug-law violations, theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Alan E. Anderson, 18, 300 block of Main Street, Johnstown, charged with four counts each of securing execution of documents by deception, forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiring to commit forgery, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Vaun E. Miller, 37, 300 block of Main Street, Johnstown, charged with four counts each of securing execution of documents by deception, forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiring to commit forgery, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Gregory Paul Berens, 39, 600 block of Vickroy Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Derek James Smay, 20, 300 block of Oak Ridge Drive, Johnstown, charged with terroristic threats and simple assault, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Musulin court

The following are more serious criminal cases reported by District Judge Michael Musulin, downtown Johnstown, for the week ending Dec. 15:

Consessor Merca Cheatham, 21, 100 block of Gautier Street, Johnstown, charged with flight to avoid apprehension, escape, defiant trespass, resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Paulette Alt, 44, 300 block of Boyer Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Jeffrey J. Carthew, 42, 100 block of B Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Cindy Schrock, 37, 400 block of Stone Street, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Lisa Lorditch, 22, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, charged with forgery and attempted theft by deception, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Lester James Megahan, 43, 500 block of First Street, Mine 37, Windber, charged with drunken driving, driving with a suspended license, DUI related and careless driving, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Jay Hamilton, 100 block of Freemont Avenue, Portage, charged with two counts of issuing a worthless check, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Pavlovich court

The following are more serious criminal cases reported by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township, for the week ending Dec. 19:

John Eric Miller, 35, 300 block of Millcreek Hollow Road, Johnstown, was charged with two counts of terroristic threats. Case is pending.

Rebecca Chandler-Christie, 30, whose address was listed as the Cambria County Jail, was charged with four counts each of theft and receiving stolen property and one count of unauthorized use of a car. Case is pending.

Theodore R. Miller, 45, whose address was listed as the Cambria County Jail, was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Sherry L. Hess, 39, 600 block of Park Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with obstructing justice, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Sonya Lee Sabo, 21, 600 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing justice and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Donna J. Coughenour, 42, 200 block of Stadium Terrace, Windber, was charged with retail theft. Case is pending.

Raymond C. Birch Jr., 35, 100 block of Walnut Hill Road, Davidsville, was charged with retail theft. Case is pending.

Kelly Ambroe Abel, 29, 100 block of Vivian Drive, Johnstown, was charged with five counts of issuing a worthless check. Case is pending.
