• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge John Barron, Upper Yoder Township:

Charges of forgery (two counts), receiving stolen property (two counts) and theft by unlawful taking lodged against Beth Ann Crum, 27, 100 block of North White Drive, Johnstown, were withdrawn.

John Michael Safko, 21, 200 block of Blair Street, Johnstown, charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, attempt arson and two counts of criminal mischief, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Michael A. Todaro, 38, 1200 block of Christopher Street, Johnstown, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest/other law enforcement and false identification to law enforcement, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

• The following is a more serious criminal case handled recently by District Judge Fred Creany, Ebensburg:

Steven Fisher, 36, of the 300 block of Ashcroft Road, Patton, was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment. Case is pending.

• The following is a more serious criminal case handled recently by District Justice Galen Decort:

Cecile Emanuel McDaniels, 27, 37 Terrace Circle, Portage, corruption of minors, two counts of unlawful contact with minors.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Kevin David Berry Jr., 21, of the 500 block of Woodvale Avenue, Johnstown, charged with hindering apprehension and obstructing justice, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Quinton Rozier, 19, of Bldg. 2, Solomon Homes, Johnstown, charged with obstructing justice, hindering apprehension and terroristic threats, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Lawrence D. Mitchell, 37, of the 200 block of Arch Street, Johnstown, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment. Case is pending.

Chad Edward Heinlein, 29, of the 100 block of Boltz Street, Johnstown, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Justin Richard Guillarmod, 25, of the 200 block of Gelesh Street, Parkhill, was charged with false reports to police and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property. Case is pending.

Michael C. Andrews Jr., 27, of the 600 block of Pine Street, Johnstown, was charged with a drug-law violation.

Erik Choka, 38, of the 700 block of Linden Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with two counts each of terroristic threats and simple assault and single counts each of disorderly conduct and harassment. Case is pending.

Jeffrey Allen Norton, 19, of the 300 block of Pine Street, Johnstown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession or distribution of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of marijuana, public drunkenness and a stop sign violation. Case is pending.

Shytyquon Jamal Lawton, 23, of the 600 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, charged with four drug-law violations, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Alicia Morris, 23, of the 200 block of Gail Street, Johnstown, charged with three drug-law violations, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Avery Louis McCall, 22, of the 700 block of Menoher Blvd., Johnstown, charged with four drug-law violations, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Jennifer Mary Ketchock, 31, of the 300 block of Park Avenue, Hooversville, charged with false identification to police, public drunkenness and three drug-law violations, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Kristopher D. Vivis, 21, of the 300 block of Fourth Street, Conemaugh, charged with three drug-law violations and a traffic-law violation, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct were dismissed against Mindy Williams, 24, of the 600 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown.

Robert Edward Winrick, 43, of the 800 block of Central Avenue, Johnstown, charged with theft by deception, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received and receiving stolen property, was declared a fugitive.

Seth Phillips, 22, of the first block of Rosemont Avenue, Johnstown, charged with criminal trespass and harassment, was declared a fugitive.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Michael Musulin, downtown Johnstown:

India Marie Snyder, 19, of the 200 block of Conway Court, Johnstown, was charged with obstructing justice and hindering apprehension. Case is pending.

John J. Holdsworth, 52, of the 200 block of Iron Street, Johnstown, was charged with altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates and driving an unregistered vehicle. Case is pending.

Randy Lee Andrews, 30, of the 100 block of Arthur Street, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of children and public drunkenness. Case is pending.

Anthony Urbano Torres, 49, of the 300 block of Chandler Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness. Case is pending.

Josie Stonerook, 35, of Bldg. 36, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, was charged with forgery, theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Jamila Aziza Michelle Carr, 19, of the 800 block of Oak Street, Johnstown, was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

John Kondash, 18, of the 100 block of Norton Road, Johnstown, was charged with conspiring to commit unauthorized use of a car, unauthorized use of a car and criminal mischief. Case is pending.

Jermaine Anthony Simms, 19, of the first block of Grass Ave., Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass and false reports to police. Case is pending.

Michael Brance McCray, 19, of the 300 block of Ebensburg Road, Johnstown, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Daniel Thomas McCall Sr., 58, no address, was charged with terroristic threats, prohibited offensive weapon, stalking, simple assault and disorderly conduct, was bound to Cambria County Court.

• The following is a list of more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Charity Nileski, Cresson:

Jessey Eugene Massey, 23, 187 Amsbry Road, Gallitzin, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.

Richard James Vincent, 43, 1000 block Seventh Avenue, Altoona, was charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking.

Darrell Amil Jaramillo, 18, 100 block of Powell Avenue, Cresson, was charged with harassment.

Timothy Lee Scott Penrod, 18, 200 block of Powell Avenue, Cresson, was charged with purchase of alcohol by minor, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kristopher McConnell, 22, 200 block of Piper Street, Lilly, was charged with stalking, false arrest, false reports to police and harassment.

Justin Michael Lundberg, 23, 100 block Lake Front Drive, Loretto, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, false reports.

Justin Michael Lundberg, 23, 100 block of Lake Front Drive, Loretto, was charged with manufacture of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by unlawful taking, false reporting.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

James Alexander Wilson, 53, of the 300 block of Washington Street, Johnstown, was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief. Case is pending.

Anthony Russell Boyer, 22, of the 100 block of Remington Road, Central City, was charged with attempting to elude police, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, careless driving and speeding. Case is pending.

Erica Lynn Clark, 37, of the 100 block of River Road, Hollsopple, was charged with two counts of defiant trespass. Case is pending.

Ryan Nesmith, 26, of the 200 block of Main Street, Seanor, was charged with multiple counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Michelle E. Quitugua, 34, of the 300 block of Arthur Street, Johnstown, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Joyce A. Wertz, 30, of the 100 block of Dartmouth Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with conspiring to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Thomas E. Wertz, 34, of the 100 block of Dartmouth Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with conspiring to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Jason Michael George, 27, of the 3100 block of Graham Avenue, Windber, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Sharon Faye Kimmel, 48, of the 200 block of North Franklin Avenue, Somerset, charged with conspiring to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Christopher C. Heidenthal, 44, of the 1300 block of Kegg Avenue, Johnstown, charged with theft of leased property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were dismissed against Jerome A. Jorinscay Jr., 30, of the 600 block of Sunberry Street, Johnstown.

• The following are the more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Richard Varner, Salix:

Jason David Cough, 19, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Bradley Ryan Davis, 18, of the 100 block of Devon Drive, Johnstown, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Gerald John Gage, 44, of the 400 block of Church Street, South Fork, was charged with criminal mischief. Case is pending.

Brian Dupirack, 35, of the 100 block of Stumptown Lane, Lilly, charged with two counts selling heroin, two counts drug possession and one count of possessing drug paraphernalia, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Adam Joseph Hoke, 22, of the 2000 block of Krings Street, Johnstown, charged with methadone and drug possession, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Thomas Krieger, 44, of Ohio Street, Johnstown, charged with attempted sale of crack cocaine and theft by deception, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Michael Simms, 25, of the 300 block of Corrine Street, Johnstown, charged with sale of crack cocaine and drug possession. Waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Ashley Marie Stayrook, 23, of the 500 block of Hyasota Hill Road, Hollsopple, charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Stacie Turner, 31, of the 100 block of Armerford Road, Dilltown, charged with selling heroin and drug possession, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi, Vinco:

Charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct lodged against Lynn Ann Livingston-Beppler, 36, of the 400 block of Main Street, Conemaugh, were withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct lodged against Wayne Jeffery Livingston Jr., 32, of the 400 block of Main Street, Conemaugh, were withdrawn.

Wayne Jeffery Livingston Jr., 32, of the 400 block of Main Street, Conemaugh, charged with terroristic threats, waived the case to Cambria County Court. A charge of simple assault was withdrawn.

Heather Walsh, 18, 900 block of Station Road, Twin Rocks, charged with false report, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Dorsey Scott Slagle, 47, 1200 block of Bartlett Avenue, Johnstown, charged with theft of services, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Joseph Edward Cochran Jr., 25, P.O. Box Glasgow, was charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief and two counts of simple assault. Case is pending.

Robert Cochran, 19, P.O. Box Glasgow, was charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief and two counts of simple assault. Case is pending.
