n The following are more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Todd Allen Dunlap Jr., 24, of the 700 block of Bloom Street, Johnstown, charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment were bound to Cambria County Court.

Eric A. Young Jr., 21, of the 700 block of Railroad Street, Johnstown, charged with receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license, driving without rear lights and five drug-law violations, waived his case to county court.

A charge of simple assault was withdrawn against Terry Allen McBee, 39, of the 100 block of Wilshire Boulevard, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to harassment and was assessed a $75 fine and $122 costs.

Davon Marquise Knight, 22, of the 200 block of Willie Lane, Export, Westmoreland County, was charged with burglary and criminal trespass. Case is pending.

Samuel Anthony Szuchan, 33, of the 600 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown, was charged with a drug-law violation and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Damien P. Pastovic, 27, of the 100 block of Hickory Street, Johnstown, was charged with a drug-law violation and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Jeffrey Norton, 20, of the

300 block of Pine Street, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass, conspiring to trespass, theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Jessica Marie Cumberledge, 18, of the 300 block of Pine Street, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass, conspiring to trespass, theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Marion Irene Dyer, 26, of the 700 block of Kennedy Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Fredrick Myers, 47, of the

700 block of Menoher Boulevard, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Judith Magallanes, 40, of the 400 block of Railroad Street, Windber, was charged with criminal solicitation to promote prostitution, prostitution and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Beth Ann Crum, 27, of the 100 block of North White Drive, Johnstown, was charged with prostitution and related offenses. Case is pending.

Joanne Michele Barefoot, 25, of the 300 block of Blue Diamond Street, Johnstown, was charged with prostitution and related offenses. Case is pending.

Dorothy Jean Pyette, 50, of the 600 block of Sherman Street and the 100 block of Fox Run Road, Johnstown, was charged with prostitution and related offenses, open lewdness and public drunkenness. Case is pending.

Joshua David Sipes, 22, of the 700 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Case is pending.

Heidi Renee Duncan, 27, of the first block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass, retail theft, attempted theft, theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

John Thomas Lattimer, 26, homeless, was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and false identification to police. Case is pending.

Darwin Askew, 37, of the

400 block of South Street, Johnstown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, escape and driving with a suspended license, DUI related. Case is pending.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi, Vinco:

Charges of simple assault and reckless endangerment against Mike Joseph Evanicsko, 21, of the 100 block of Finley Road, Ebensburg, were withdrawn.

Charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct against Thomas Charles Warner, 54, of the 200 block of First Street, Conemaugh, were withdrawn.

Charges of aggravated assault, criminal mischief and simple assault against Robert Cochran, 20, P.O. Box Glasgow, were withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault, defiant trespass and burglary against Robert J. Yuhas, 23, of the 300 block of Chickaree Hill Road, Vintondale, were dismissed.

A charge of simple assault against Dustin M. McNelley, 21, of the 100 block of Fir Street, Johnstown, was withdrawn. McNelley also waived cases involving theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, terroristic threats and harassment to county court.

A charge of simple assault against Garth N. Price, 23, of the 1300 block of Johnson Street, Nanty Glo, was withdrawn.

Donald B. Garver, 58, of the 1300 block of Fourth Street, Nanty Glo, charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and open lewdness, waived the case to county court.

Gregory Allen Muffie, 33, of the 1000 block of William Penn Avenue, Johnstown, charged with acquiring a controlled substance by misrepresentation, forgery and records tampering had the case bound to county court.

Jessica M. Seth, 24, of the

900 block of Station Road, Twin Rocks, charged with aggravated assault and simple assault, waived the case to county court.

Gary Michael Branick, 47, of the 400 block of Birch Street, Nanty Glo, charged with false reports, waived the case to county court.

James C. Delarre Jr., 24, of the 200 block of Lakeview Road, Ebensburg, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived the case to county court.

Robbie Jones, 35, of the

1200 block of Benshoff Hill Road, Johnstown, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and drunken driving, waived the case to county court.

Jordan Christopher Anderson, 26, of the 1300 block of Burns Street, Nanty Glo, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, had the case bound to county court.

Jason Robert Potter, 25, of the 900 block of Swigle Mountain Road, Mineral Point, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived the case to county court.

Adam R. Davidson, 23, of the 100 block of Middle Street, Nanty Glo, was charged with theft from an automobile and receiving stolen property. Disposition is pending.

Daniel Roger McQuay Sr., 56, of the 1300 block of Roberts Street, Nanty Glo, was charged with retaliation against witness or victim and disorderly conduct. Disposition is pending.

Christina Wyrwas, 46, of the 300 block of Blackburn Road, Mineral Point, was charged with resisting arrest or other law enforcement. Disposition is pending.

Theresa Joanna Charles, 40, of the 1400 block of Plank Road, Carrolltown, was charged with theft by deception and bad checks. Disposition is pending.

George Joseph Stephens, 51, of the 1400 block of Plank Road, Carrolltown, was charged with two counts each of theft by deception and bad checks. Disposition is pending.

Justin Mayer, 30, of the

200 block of Sanrue Drive, Johnstown, was charged with theft, conspiring to commit theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Tiffany Nicole Hawkes, 20, of Bldg. 12, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underaged drinking, waived her case to county court.

Shawn Hillegass, 28, of the 100 block of Millcreek Hollow Road, Johnstown, charged with prohibited offensive weapon, tampering with physical evidence, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived his case to county court.

Billie Jo Hillegass, 29, of the 100 block of Millcreek Hollow Road, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived her case to county court.

Charges of flight to avoid apprehension, careless driving and accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property were withdrawn against William Allen Cowan, 36, of the 100 block of Millcreek Hollow Road, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to reckless driving and driving without a license and was assessed $400 in fines and $73 costs.

Robert Allen Smith, 35, of the 100 block of Chandler Avenue, Johnstown, charged with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, waived his case to county court.

Tammie L. Haupt, 34, of the 1200 block of Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived her case to county court.

Melissa Marie Garshnick, 23, of the 100 block of Prospect Street, Johnstown, charged with conspiring to commit theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, waived her case to county court.

Shawn Liptak, 18, of the

100 block of Garfield Street, Johnstown, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underaged drinking. Case is pending.

Erin Marie Lozanoff, 18, no address, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underaged drinking. Case is pending.

Irish Man McCall, 22, of the 600 block of Russell Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, trespass by motor vehicle and public drunkenness. Case is pending.

Kyle Abdul Kriamakbar, 27, of the 300 block of Corinne Street, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, waived his case to county court.

Dayon Dequan Richardson, 23, of the 200 block of David Street, Johnstown, charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, waived his case to county court.

Shy Tyquon Jamal Lawton, 23, of the 900 block of Franklin Street, Johnstown, charged with defiant trespass and flight to avoid apprehension, waived his case to county court.

David R. Antal Jr., 33, of the 400 block of Decker Avenue, Johnstown, charged with criminal mischief and prohibited offensive weapon, waived his case to county court. Charges of criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at nighttime, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct were withdrawn.

Charges of theft by deception, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received and receiving stolen property were withdrawn against Jason Diirner, 31, of the 600 block of West Main Street, Somerset. He paid restitution.

Charges of false reports to police and obstructing justice were withdrawn against Chad Louis Plowman, 21, of the 2100 block of Lazor Street, Indiana.

Charges of false reports to police, obstructing justice, and underaged drinking were withdrawn against Kevin R. Wissinger, 21, of Route 56 Highway East, Brush Valley.

Charges of false reports to police and obstructing justice were withdrawn against Justin Michael Fiochetta, 21, of the 300 block of Hanna Road, New Florence.

Kristy Rose, 29, of Bldg. 35, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, charged with three drug-law violations, waived her case to county court.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

Stephanie Renee Huntsman, 22, of Arbutus Village, Johnstown, was charged with endangering the welfare of children. Case is pending.

Tammy Lynn Helman, 44, of the first block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, was charged with conspiring to commit retail theft. Case is pending.

Heidi Renee Reed, 27, of the first block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiring to commit retail theft. Case is pending.
