The following is a list of wanted persons in Cambria County, released from the sheriff’s department.
Those with information may call the sheriff’s office at 472-1691 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. After hours, callers may dial county control’s non-emergency line at (800) 281-1680 and ask for a sheriff’s deputy.
Anyone who is caught harboring a wanted person or hindering the apprehension of a wanted person faces criminal charges.
• Scott Allen Durbin, 23, Cresson and Ebensburg areas, charges include drunken driving, public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• James Curtis McClean III, 24, Colver and Wilmore areas, charged with failing to report to adult probation. Original charges are resisting arrest and fleeing from apprehension.
• Joshua Edward Oswalt, Wilmore Heights area of Summerhill Township, charges include manufacture, delivery and possession of an illegal substance, public drunkenness and tampering with evidence.
• Richard Hall, 39, Cresson area, convicted of making terroristic threats and driving while under suspension, a restriction from a previous drunken driving charge.
• Jeffrey Allen Hofer, 49, Cherry Tree, convicted of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
