The following guilty pleas and sentencings were filed recently at Cambria County Courthouse in Ebensburg:

Willie F. Bedell Jr., 47, of Solomon Homes, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance/possession. Sentenced to 12 months probation, and $1,265 in fines and costs.

Jeremy Bitter, 27, of Cooper Avenue, Johnstown, for robbery. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and automatic parole, three years probation, and $6,626 in fines and costs.

Joshua R. Blakford, 22, of the 100 block of Mellott Drive, Johnstown, for disorderly conduct. Sentenced to $885 in fines and costs.

Jesse Keith Blough, 32, of the 200 block of West Sample Street, Ebensburg, for aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and possession of child pornography. Sentenced to 10 to 20 years imprisonment in SCI-Camp Hill and $3,248 in fines and costs.

Lorie J. Brown, 44, of the 200 block of Ringgold Street, Waynesboro, for careless driving. Sentenced to $460 in fines and costs.

Michael P. Carvell, 20, of Building 48 of Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance conspiracy to deliver. Sentenced to two weeks to two years less one day with credit for time served and automatic parole, and $3,121 in fines and costs.

David M. Cassat, 41, of Penn Street, Huntington, for harassment. Sentenced to $1,987 in fines, costs and restitution.

Gary W. Cawley, 30, of Allegheny County Jail and formerly of the 300 block of Wheeler Street, McKees Rocks, for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with automatic parole, two years probation, and $13,108 in fines, costs and restitution.

Erica L. Clark, 37, of the 100 block of River Street, Hollsopple, for receiving stolen property. Sentenced to 18 months probation and $940 in fines and restitution.

Bradley Cochran, 20, of the 800 block of Main Street, Portage, for possession and theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to three to 23 months in Cambria County Prison with credtit for time served, undergo treatment for all disorders, must seek employment and pay $4,782 in fines and costs.

Quintin R. Corprew, 29, of the 300 block of Oak Street, Johnstown, for criminal conspiracy to deliver cocaine, violation of a controlled substance/possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence. Sentenced to two to four years imprisonment at SCI-Camp Hill, three years probation and $6,195 in fines and costs.

Ann Crutcher, 39, of the 200 block of New Street, Johnstown, for resisting arrest. Sentenced to 12 months probation, remain drug and alcohol free, submit to random testing and $1,170 in fines and costs.

John W. DiBello, 36, of Haida Village, Mitchell Street, Hastings, for manufacture/delivery/possession. Sentenced to one to 23 months in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and automatic parole, and $2,793 in fines and costs.

Barbara A. Dively, 35, of the 100 block of Tripoli Road, Colver, for selling/furnishing liquor to minors and criminal conspiracy. Sentenced to two years probation and $2,775 in fines and costs.

Alexander R. Doehrer, 33, of the 200 block of Howard Avenue, Altoona, for retail theft. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,589 in fines and costs.

Darren M. Dowey, 20, of the 3800 block of Campbell Avenue, Northern Cambria, for cruelty to animals, fleeing or attempting to elude police and drivers required to be licensed. Sentenced to 12 months probation, attend anger management classes and $1,432 in fines and costs.

Shane T. Norman, 19, of the 100 block of Clair Avenue, Johnstown, for simple assault and harassment. Sentenced to seven months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison, one year probation and $22,787 in fines and costs.

Jan Michael Edmonds, 26, of the 700 block of Morgan Street, Pittsburgh, for firearms not to be carried without a license. Sentenced to two to 24 months imprisonment at SCI-Camp Hill and $2,253 in fines and costs.

Brandalyn R. Fagan, 21, of Claysburg, for harassment. Sentenced to $250 in court costs.

Jacob P. Farabaugh, 33, of the 100 block of King Street, Carrolltown, for unauthorized use of automobiles/other vehicles. Sentenced to 23 months probation and $3,371 in fines and costs.

Brian J. Fox, 28, of the 100 block of Quarry Street, Mount Pleasant, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $750 in fines and costs.

Holly R. Funkhouser, 23, of the 200 block of Adele Street, Lilly, for retail theft. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,592 in fines and costs.

Matthew Galiano, 26, of the 100 block of Chandler Avenue, Johnstown, for simple assault. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,144 in fines and costs.

Jason Getz, 26, of the 100 block of Main Street, Portage, for access device fraud. Sentenced to seven years probation, random drug testing, and $14,398 in fines and costs.

Kelly Gibson, 19, of the Cresson Secure Treatment Unit, Cresson, for simple assault. Sentenced to four months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and automatic parole, and return to Cresson Secure Treatment Unit.

Michael Gilliland, 19, of the 200 block of Ottawa Street, Johnstown, for accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $891 in fines and costs.

Franklin D. Gingrich, 22, of the 900 block of Linton Street, Johnstown, for indecent exposure, indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, contact with a minor/open lewdness. Sentenced to 13 to 31 months less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and automatic parole, two years probation and $5,530 in fines and costs.

Terri Goss, 41, of the 300 block of Oil Tank Road, Northern Cambria, for harassment. Sentenced to $308 in fines and costs.

Michele D. Grasser, 45, of the 300 block of Chestnut Street, Johnstown, for welfare fraud and theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 23 months probation and $3,261 in fines and costs.

Natasha M. Grazier, 22, of the 1000 block of Deveaux Street, Elmora, for receiving stolen property. Sentenced to 15 days to 23 months less one day in Cambria County Prison and $7,630 in fines, costs and restitution.

Autumn R. Gutilla, 24, of the 300 block of Park Avenue, Johnstown, for disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,179 in fines and costs.

Jacques Harris, 19, of the 800 block of Napoleon Street, Johnstown, for terroristic threats. Sentenced to six to 23 months in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and $2,532 in fines and costs.

Stacy M. Haye, 24, of the 1000 block of A Street, Windber, for simple assault. Sentenced to two years probation consecutive to other cases and $2,640 in fines and costs.

Frank V. Helman, 35, of the 200 block of Metzler Road, Ephrata, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to two to 12 months imprisonment in SCI-Camp Hill with credit for two months served and $1,600 in fines and costs.

Tammy L. Helman, 44, of Messenger Street, Johnstown, for resisting arrest. Sentenced to three months probation and $636 in fines and costs.

Daisy L. Helsel, 21, of the 400 block of Russell Avenue, Johnstown, for insurance fraud and criminal conspiracy. Sentenced to six to 23 months in Cambria County Prison, 84 months probation and $116,696 in fines, costs and restitution.

James F. Higgins, 33, of the 600 block of Main Street, Vintondale, for violation of a controlled substance/heroin and receiving stolen property. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison, two years probation and $7,078 in fines and costs.

Douglas W. Hutchins, 28, of the 1000 block of Church Street, Johnstown, for manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. Sentenced to three to 23 months in Cambria County Prison with credit for six days served, drug and alcohol treatment, obtain employment, submit to random testing, and $2,821 in fines and costs.
