Darwin Askew, 37, of the
300 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, escape, driving with a suspended license (DUI related), and a traffic-law violation, waived his case to Cambria County Court.
Fredrick Myers, 47, of the
700 block of Menoher Boulevard, Johnstown, charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct, was bound to Cambria County Court.
A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn against Dwayne Sitton, 47, of the first block of Slick Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $400 in fines and costs.
A charge of defiant trespass was withdrawn against Keith Adam Gettys, 41, of the
900 block of Franklin Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $147 in fines and costs.

Harassment charges filed by Patton Borough police against John Rickens, of the 600 block of Donnelly Avenue, Patton, were held for Cambria County Court.
A corruption of minors charge filed by Patton Borough police against William Morrone, of the 500 block of Magee Avenue, Patton, was held for Cambria County Court.
Charges of DUI, reckless driving, damage to unattended vehicles, fleeing or attempting to elude police and aggravated assault filed by Hastings Borough police against Tina L. Rusnak, 41, of the 100 block of Back Street, Hastings, were waived to Cambria County Court.
Charges of manufacture/ delivery/possession/with intent to manufacture or deliver illegal drugs filed by state police against Eric P. Patterson, 24, of the 100 block of Arnies Drive, Carrolltown, were waived to Cambria County Court.

Patrick F. Branagan, 57, of Cover Street and the 500 block of McKinley Street, Bolivar, for forgery and theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to four to
23 months in Cambria County jail with automatic parole and $3,104 in fines and costs.
Heather M. Green, 35, of Third Street, Heilwood, formerly of the 100 block of Aspen Lane, Patton, for criminal mischief. Sentenced to $1,582 in fines and costs.
William Lint III, 20, of Stadium Terrace, Windber, for driving under suspension. No further sentence imposed.
Brett M. Sanderson, 20, of the 200 block of First Street, Johnstown, for robbery and criminal conspiracy. Sentenced to two to five years imprisonment in SCI-Camp Hill and $862 in fines and costs.
Charles E. Shenego, 20, of the 600 block of Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, for causing/risking a catastrophe, recklessly endangering another person, arson and criminal mischief. Sentenced to one to two years in Cambria County jail, 17 years probation and $170,865 in fines, costs and restitution.
Chastity A. Simanski, 20, of the 100 block of Peary Circle, Altoona, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 12 months probation consecutive to ARD and $2,634 in fines and costs.
Kevin Stedge, 29, of the

Maurice L. Taylor, 29, of the 400 block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, for false identification to law enforcement. Sentenced 12 months probation and $1,345 in fines and costs.
Justin C. Tomlinson, 21, of RR3 Altoona, for violation of a controlled substance/possession of marijuana. Sentenced to six months probation and $2,046 in fines and costs.
Jessica N. Wagner, 27, of the 100 block of North Main Street, Milroy, formerly of North Division Street, Mount Union, for accidents involving damage. Sentenced to three to 12 months in Cambria County jail with suspended sentenced on condition of making payments and $2,974 in fines and costs.
