n The following guilty pleas and sentencings were filed recently at Cambria County Courthouse in Ebensburg:
Daniel R. Livingston, 53, of the 600 block of Grant Street, South Fork, for disorderly conduct. Sentenced to $881 in fines and costs.
Cory J. McCready, 22, of the 200 block of Willowbrook Village, Duncansville, for unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles. Sentenced to one year probation.
Thomas J. Malfer, 41, of the 200 block of Fourth Street, Conemaugh, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to six to 23 months in Cambria County Prison and release to continue and successfully complete treatment at Salvation Army, upon release obtain employment and have job in place before leaving Salvation Army, and $27,736 in fines, costs and restitution.
John A. Michnya Jr., 43, of the 600 block of Wynn Avenue, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance and recklessly endangering another person. Sentenced to 23 months probation and $1,695 in fines and costs.
Richard Miller, 25, of the 400 block of Beulah Road, Nanty Glo, for escape. Sentenced to three to 18 months in Cambria County Prison and $1,118 in fines and costs.
Edward Newcomer, 21, of the 1100 block of Fourth Street,Nanty Glo, for flight to avoid apprehension. Sentenced to 11 to 23 months in Cambria County Prison with automatic parole, 36 months probation consecutive to other sentences, drug and alcohol evaluation and $3,042 in fines and costs.
Jessica Nordin, 22, of the 1000 block of Lloyd Street, Nanty Glo, for criminal mischief. Sentenced to 23 months probation, submit 10 applications for employment per month, continue current payment plan and $2,508 in fines, costs and restitution.
Jonathan E. Ondrosky, 23, of the 1400 block of Crooked Sewer Road, Houtzdale, Clearfield County, for defiant trespass, public drunkenness, and theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 24 months probation and $5,741 in fines and costs.
Terry O'Kelly, 47, of the 500 block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 84 months probation and $8,397 in fines, costs and restitution.
Stanley F. Orlosky, of the 100 block of Strawberry Road, Lilly, for retail theft. Sentenced to six months probation and $987 in fines and costs.
Clinton C. Plotner, 23, of Harvington Road, Tonawanda, N.Y., for harassment. Sentenced to 90 days probation, anger management treatment and $409 in fines and costs.
Peter Poborski III, 46, of the 500 block of First Street, Conemaugh, for simple assault. Sentenced to three months probation and $1,130 in fines and costs.
Andrew J. Ropp, 28, of the 100 block of Richard Street, Carrolltown, for violation of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and harassment. Sentenced to one to 12 months in Cambria County Jail, suspend first month with continued treatment, get into a program of treatment and obtain employment or work crew and $1,930 in fines and costs.
John E. Safko Jr., 26, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, Johnstown, for use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation, continue drug and alcohol testing, make support payments once employed and $2,011 in fines and costs.
Michael J. Seese, 29, of the 600 block of Seesetown Road, Sidman, for retail theft. Sentenced to 36 months probation and $2,145 in fines and costs.
Jerome W. Slacum, 61, of SCI-Cresson, for escape. Sentenced three to nine months in Cambria County Jail with automatic parole and $971 in fines and costs.
Tonya D. Snowden, 39, of Solomon Homes, Johnstown, for retail theft. Sentenced to 18 months probation and $980 in fines and costs.
