The following is a list of wanted people in Cambria County, released by the county sheriff’s department.
Those with information may telephone the sheriff’s office at 472-1691 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
After hours, callers may dial county control’s nonemergency line at (800) 281-1680 and ask for a sheriff’s deputy.
Anyone who is caught harboring a wanted person or hindering the apprehension of a wanted person faces criminal charges.
• William David Sirbaugh Jr., 31, of the 300 block of Corine Street, Johnstown, is wanted for failing to report as directed by adult probation. He was charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property.
• Paul Witherspoon, 55, of the 100 block of Cook Street, Johnstown, is wanted for failing to appear as directed by adult probation. He was charged with four counts of drug delivery, two counts of intent to posses a controlled substance by person not registered, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Willette Cooper, 26, of the 200 block of Baron Avenue, Johnstown, is wanted for failing to report to adult probation as directed. She was charged with drug delivery and possession of a controlled substance by person not registered.
• Mekiya Shaw, 31, of the 300 block of Strayer Street, Johnstown, is wanted for failing to pay cost and fines on two counts of drug delivery and one count of possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered.
• Frank Diboskey, 49, of the 100 Boyer Street, Johnstown, is wanted for failing to appear for sentencing on charges of criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy to commit theft, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.

Anyone caught haboring a wanted person or hindering apprehension of a wanted person faces criminal charges.
• Benjamin M. Popernack, 31, of the Boswell area, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Brooke K. Pearson, 33, of the Rockwood area, is wanted on charges of failure to pay child support.
• Joseph H. Dowell, 44, of the Somerset area, is wanted on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• Robert W. O’Connor, 46, of the Somerset area, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Nicholas G. Petrilla, 23, of the Somerset area, is wanted on charges of disorderly conduct.
• Christopher J. Oldham, 29, of the Berlin area, is wanted on charges of intent to possess a controlled substance by a person not registered.
