Sentenced to six months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served, one year probation, and $3,670 in fines, costs and restitution to New Dimensions Dentistry, Johnstown.
Kayla J. Bopp, 19, of the
500 block of Broad Street, South Fork, for receiving stolen property. Sentenced to 23 months probation and $1,366 in fines, costs and restitution to Box Seat Video, St. Michael.
Quan J. Britt, 32, of the
100 block of Prospect Street, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance/delivery of cocaine. Sentenced to three to 24 months less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and $3,961 in fines and costs.
Eric P. Buck, 19, of the
900 block of Pike Road, Mineral Point, for violation of a controlled substance/possession of alprazolam and marijuana and violation of a controlled substance/delivery of alprazolam. Sentenced to 45 days to 24 months less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served, two years probation, and $7,796 in fines and costs.

600 block of Fifth Avenue, Patton, for recklessly endangering another person. Sentenced to
15 months probation and $1,856 in fines and costs.
Travis S. Chichy, 29, of the 1900 block of First Avenue, Altoona, for resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days to 24 months in Cambria County Prison with automatic parole on Nov. 21 and $1,645 in fines and costs.
Stacie Eisenhuth, 31, of the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance/possession of paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,845 in fines and costs.
Todd M. Foster, 28, of the

Cheryl A. Kirsch, 49, of the 400 block of West Sample Street, Ebensburg, for violation of a controlled substance/delivery of oxycodone. Sentenced to three to 24 months less one day in Cambria County Prison and $2,867 in fines and costs.

Sentenced to three months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served, 10 years probation, and $62,448 in fines, costs and restitution to Wood Chevrolet, Freedom Ford, MBNA America and Universal Underwriters Insurance.

Leon E. Szewczyk, 24, of the 200 block of Ihmsen Avenue, Johnstown, for theft by unlawful taking, flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver cocaine. Sentenced to nine months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and automatic parole on Nov. 17, four years probation, and $7,339 in fines and costs.
Sara A. Troescher, 23, of the 100 block of Jesse Lane, Johnstown, for receiving stolen property. Sentenced to six months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served, four years probation and $25,213 in fines, costs and restitution to Bank of America and American Express.

Christopher D. Bloom, 29, of the 300 block of Johnson Avenue, Portage, waived a hearing on charges of fleeing police, driving under the influence and three traffic violations. Case moves to Cambria County Court.
Quintin Corprew, 29, of the 300 block of Oak Street, Johnstown, waived a hearing on charges of drug possession with intent to deliver and drug possession. Case moves to Cambria County Court.
Raymond Foreman, 21, of the 800 block of Front Street, Cresson, waived a hearing on charges of selling OxyContin and drug possession. Case moves to Cambria County Court.
Jai Hale, 32, of the 700 block of Smith Street, Beaverdale, charged with conspiracy to sell heroin, selling prescription drugs, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of prescription drugs, tampering with evidence, fleeing police and criminal use of a communications device. Lance E. Hayward, 20, of Akron, Lancaster County, waived hearing on charges of burglary and two counts of criminal trespass. Case moves to Cambria County Court.
