Jason Norman Schoenfeld, 32, of Portage Lane, Summerhill, was charged with retail theft and criminal mischief. Case pending.
Carlos Omar Scott, 24, of the 200 block of Dunn Street, Bronson, Fla., was charged with forgery, conspiring to commit forgery and access-device fraud. Case pending.
Tymber Lynn Feathers, 24, of the 1400 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, charged with two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property and one count each of burglary and criminal trespass, waived her charges to Cambria County Court. Two incidents.
Russell Jay Kause, 27, of the 400 block of Peaceful Valley Road, Windber, charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court.
Multiple counts each of furnishing alcohol to minors and conspiring to furnish alcohol to minors were withdrawn against Michael James Joyce, 21, of the 800 block of Fourth Street, Mine 37, Windber. He pleaded guilty to three summary offenses and agreed to pay $1,016 in fines and costs.

Erica Schindel Clark, 38, of the 100 block of River Road, Seanor, charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and one count each of forgery, access-device fraud, conspiring to commit access-device fraud, theft by deception and retail theft, waived her charges to Cambria County Court. Two incidents.
John Derrick Barry, 36, of the 100 block of River Street, Hollsopple, charged with three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts each of access-device fraud, theft by deception and retail theft and one count each of forgery and conspiring to commit access-device fraud, waived his charges to Cambria County Court. Three incidents.
A charge of theft of leased property was withdrawn against James Pitera Jr., 27, of the 1300 block of Paint Street, Windber. He agreed to pay $1,300 restitution and $428 costs.

A charge of criminal mischief lodged against Thomas Allen Krieger, 45, 100 block of Clair Street, Johnstown, was withdrawn. He paid restitution to the victim, authorities said.
A charge of simple assault lodged against David J. Stanislav, 25, of the 500 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, was withdrawn by the complainant.
A charge of simple assault lodged against Kailey Stanislav, 20, 300 block of Sam Street, Johnstown, was withdrawn by the complainant.
Robert Wayne Jack, 35, 1600 block of Pilgrim Court, Johnstown, charged with two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Joseph Allan Nginyo, 63, of the 100 block of Beech Street, Windber, was charged with simple assault, making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. Case pending.
Ryan R. Silvis, 18, of the 600 block of Argyle Street, South Fork, waived a hearing on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Case moves to Cambria County Court.

Michael A. Morales, 36, of the 400 block of Saipan Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court. A charge of aggravated assault was withdrawn.

A charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana was withdrawn against Ramar D. Williams, 27, of Building 19, Coopersdale Homes, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $100 fine and $122 costs.
A charge of terroristic threats was withdrawn against Troy Lynn Hall, 39, of the 600 block of Somerset Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $25 fine and $122 costs.
A charge of hindering apprehension was withdrawn against Capreil Brandon, 18, of the 300 block of Gray Avenue, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $25 fine and $122 costs.
Rudolph J. Morales, 41, of the 800 block of Vickroy Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Brennan James McGough, 18, of the 400 block of Everhart Street, Johnstown, charged with former convict not to possess a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license and driving with a suspended license, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Patricia Hart, 49, of the 1100 block of Zucco Lane, Johnstown, was charged with drunken driving, duty of a driver in an emergency-response area and resisting arrest. Case pending.
Willie J. Gates, 38, of the 100 block of Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public drunkenness. Case pending.
Earl George Munoz Jr., 24, of the 500 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with unauthorized use of a car and driving with a suspended license. Case pending.
Charles Wills, 52, of the 800 block of Linden Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with accidents involving personal injury, accidents involving personal injury while not properly licensed, hit and run, driving with a suspended license, DUI related, reckless driving and driving at an unsafe speed. Case pending.

Charles Turek, 30, of the 100 block of Maple Avenue, Johnstown, charged with corruption of minors and interference with the custody of court-committed persons, waived his case to Cambria County Court.
Sean Thomas Crawley, 18, of the 1100 block of Boyd Avenue, Johnstown, charged with theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license, waived his case to Cambria County Court.
Charges of theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake and receiving stolen property were withdrawn against Wesley Joseph Corbaci, 18, of the 1000 block of Ash Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property and driving with a suspended license. He was assessed $500 in fines and $103 costs and ordered to pay restitution when damage is determined.

A charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia lodged against William Boring, 25, of the 100 block of Rowe Street, Nanty Glo, was withdrawn. Boring pleaded guilty to a summary harassment citation and was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $272.
A charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia lodged against Michael Evanicsko, 22, of the 100 block of Findley Road, Ebensburg, was withdrawn. Evanicsko pleaded guilty to two summary charges of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $332.
A charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia lodged against Chad Bellock, 18, of the 300 block of A Frame Road, Ebensburg, was withdrawn.
Charges of theft by unlawful taking and possession of controlled substance by person not registered lodged against Eric P. Buck, 19, 900 block of Pike Road, Johnstown, were withdrawn after the complainant failed to appear for the preliminary hearing.
Michael Miller, 40, 300 block of Millcreek Hollow Road, Johnstown, charged with theft by unlawful taking, had the case bound to Cambria County Court.
George E. Zearfoss, 43, of the 100 block of Spring Glen Drive, Nanty Glo, was charged with 14 counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors and nine counts of corruption of minors. Disposition is pending.

Kenneth M. Hauzie, 23, of the 1300 block of Elizabeth Place, Northern Cambria, was charged relative to a September incident with aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing/eluding police, DUI of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, recklessly endangering another person, operating a vehicle without a valid license and operating a vehicle without a valid registration. A Jan. 20 preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
Daniel Douglas, 36, of the 2200 block of Philadelphia Avenue, Northern Cambria, was charged with simple assault, harassment, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. A
Jan. 13 preliminary hearing is scheduled.
Jon H. Knarr, 44, of the 100 block of Staleys Courts Road, Kittanning, Armstrong County, was charged relative to a June incident with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Jan. 20.
Charges of possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and no rear lights filed against James E. Gardner, 49, of the 3400 block of Arcadia Road, Cherry Tree, were withdrawn.
Charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicles, theft from a motor vehicle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection filed against Joseph A. Zaliznock, 20, of the 2400 block of Philadelphia Avenue, Northern Cambria, were withdrawn.
Harold J. Stewart, 48, of the 300 block of South Main Street, Cherry Tree, waived charges of possession of a controlled substance, no rear lights and speeding to Cambria County Court.
Josehua Stauffer, 23, of the 300 block of Almond Street, Northern Cambria, waived charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance to Cambria County Court.
Nicole E. Lonergan, 21, of the 3400 block of Bigler Avenue, Northern Cambria, waived charges of manufacture of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance to Cambria County Court.
Charges of DUI, DUI of a controlled substance and careless driving filed against John Kupetz, 37, of the 1400 block of Martin Avenue, Northern Cambria, were held for court. A charge of DUI of a controlled substance/combination of alcohol and drugs was dismissed.
• The following guilty pleas and sentencings were filed recently at Cambria County Courthouse in Ebensburg:
Jason Ickes, 20, of the 500 block of Oakland Avenue, Johnstown, for indecent assault and corruption of minors. Sentenced to four months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and automatic parole, two years probation, and $4,285 in fines and costs.
Allen P. McBride, 27, of the 400 block of Blake Road, Westover, for criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Sentenced to seven months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served, two years probation, and $5,438 in fines, costs and restitution.
Justin Rudicil, 18, of the 500 block of Pike Road, Mundys Corner, for burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, risking catastrophe, flight to avoid apprehension and theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served, four years probation, and $6,774 in fines and costs.
