• The following are the more serious criminal cases reported by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Antonio Maurice Chatman, 37, unknown address, charged with flight to avoid apprehension, was declared a fugitive.

Stephanie Ann Yocum, 28, of Building 11, Solomon Homes, Johnstown, charged with hindering apprehension, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Desalynn Coleman, 28, of the 100 block of DuPont Street, Johnstown, charged with hindering apprehension, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Derek B. Podvojsky, 28, of the 1100 block of Spruce Street, Conemaugh, charged with two counts each of access-device fraud, theft, receiving stolen property and forgery, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Avery Louis McCall, 22, of the 600 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, charged with conspiring to commit aggravated assault, aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Nygel Eric Tisinger, 23, of the 400 block of South Street, Johnstown, charged with conspiring to commit aggravated assault, aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Theodore Tisinger Jr., 32, of the 400 block of South Street, Johnstown, charged with conspiring to commit aggravated assault, aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

A charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana was withdrawn against Vanthony Nickolson, 19, of the 400 block of Stone Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $75 fine and $122 costs.

Aleasha Hoffman, 19, of the first block of Baiker Street, Johnstown, charged with obstructing justice and hindering apprehension, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Steven Howard Grassmyer, 24, of the 100 block of C Street, Johnstown, charged with two counts each of conspiring to commit burglary, burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, and one count each of possessing instruments of crime, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia, waived his charges to Cambria County Court. Two incidents.

Earl George Munoz Jr., 24, of the 500 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Charges of conspiring to commit terroristic threats, terroristic threats, carrying a firearm without a license and former convict not to own a firearm were withdrawn against Vincent Akill Daniels, 28, of the 100 block of I Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $100 fine and $122 costs.

Charges of conspiring to commit terroristic threats, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct were withdrawn against Clayton D. Dudley, 22, of the 600 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $100 fine and $122 costs.

A charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor was withdrawn against Darrin James Melius, 21, of the 300 block of Reddinger Street, Ebensburg. He pleaded guilty to public drunkenness and was assessed a $100 fine and $122 costs.

• The following are the more serious criminal cases reported by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

Avery Louis McCall, 22, of the 600 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Case is pending.

Karen J. Greenwood, 40, of the 400 block of Luther Road, Johnstown, was charged with access-device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Stanley Joseph Louder, 19, of the 300 block of Finch Street, Johnstown, was charged with two counts each of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiring to receive stolen property. Case is pending.

Amanda Lynn Klochak, 20, of the 300 block of Finch Street, Johnstown, was charged with two counts each of receiving stolen property and conspiring to receive stolen property. Case is pending.

Pierre L. Tatum, 38, of the 100 block of Prospect Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Derrick Maurice Henderson, 30, of the 300 block of Windsor Pike, Westminster, Md., charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Brian Daniel Glinsky, 26, of the 200 block of Third Street, Conemaugh, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Clinton M. Edwards, 24, whose address was listed as the Cambria County Prison, and who was charged with two counts of access-device fraud and one count each of theft, receiving stolen property, false identification to police, forgery, false report to police and retail theft, waived his charges to Cambria County Court. Three incidents.

Tiffany Sue Butler, 21, of the 400 block of Corinne Street, Johnstown, charged with theft of leased property, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Jennifer Elizabeth Hitechew, 24, of the 200 block of East Main Street, Somerset, charged with conspiring to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Thomas Robert Kirby, 50, of the 700 block of Luzerne Street, Johnstown, charged with multiple counts each of theft by failure to make required dispositions of funds received, theft by deception and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities and one count of attempted theft by deception, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

A charge of loitering and prowling at nighttime was withdrawn against Justin Joseph Scott, 35, of the 100 block of Spruce Drive, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and agreed to pay fine and costs of $422.

• The following are the more serious criminal cases reported by District Judge Michael Musulin, downtown Johnstown:

David Lee Ketenheim, 37, of the 100 block of Berkley Road, Johnstown, was charged with drunken driving and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Case is pending.

Jamie Madden, 43, of the 800 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Bruce Burns, 23, of the 300 block of Decker Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. Case is pending.

Aaron Thomas Stuart, 32, of the 600 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, was charged with aggravated assault, theft, simple assault, unauthorized use of a car, drunken driving, reckless driving, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Jennifer Bell, 44, of the 700 block of Somerset Street, Johnstown, was charged with theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Troy Terrell Reed, 27, of the first block of Barron Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, loitering and prowling at nighttime and resisting arrest. Case is pending.

Kurtis Montalban Kirby, 53, of the 100 block of Ebensburg Road, Johnstown, was charged with five counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault and one count each of terroristic threats, possessing instruments of crime, hit and run, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, careless driving and criminal mischief. Case is pending.

Jeffrey Rabish of the 600 block of Grant Street, Gallitzin, charged with welfare fraud, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Scott Thomas Kantner, 41, of the 7800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, North Huntingdon, Westmoreland County, charged with drunken driving and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court. Charges of simple assault and harassment were withdrawn.

Diana L. Hullenbaugh, 38, of the 800 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Kimberly Ann Gates, 50, of the 100 block of Singer Street, Johnstown, charged with theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Raymond S. Mickens Jr., 22, of the 100 block of Sheridan Street, Johnstown, charged with four drug-law violations, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Lisa Lennette Carothers, 33, of the 700 block of Park Avenue, Johnstown, charged with four counts each of endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person and one count each of drunken driving and turning movements and required signals, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Tabitha Madigan, 26, of the 200 block of Chestnut Street, Johnstown, charged with endangering the welfare of a child, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Antonio Lamar Powell, 36, of the 300 block of Slade Road, Midway, Ga., charged with burglary, stalking and simple assault, was declared a fugitive.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge John Barron, Upper Yoder Township:

Charges of theft of services (two counts) lodged against George Haidar, 67, 400 block of Park Avenue, Johnstown, were withdrawn. Haidar paid restitution, authorities said.

Marvin D. Daniels, 20, 100 block of Liberty Place, Duquesne, Allegheny County, charged with burglary (two counts), theft by unlawful taking (two counts) and receiving stolen property (three counts), waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Ronald S. Fetterman Jr., 43, 3000 block of South Grand Boulevard, Greensburg, Westmoreland County, charged with access device offense (two counts) and receiving stolen property, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi, Vinco:

Duane A. Sturgeon, 51, 1200 block of Roberts Street, Nanty Glo, charged with resisting arrest and a weapons offense, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Kevin Dwight Fetzer Jr., 19, 1400 block of Penn Street, Nanty Glo, charged with forgery, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, had the case bound to Cambria County Court.

Brandon L. Gergely, 24, with a current address of Cambria County Prison, Ebensburg, charged with possession of controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernala, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Nathan Timothy Reed, 25, 800 block of Cameron Avenue, Beaverdale, charged with access device offense (seven counts), possession of controlled substance by person not registered and receiving stolen property, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

• The following criminal complaints were filed recently at District Judge Michael Zungali’s office in Hastings:

Jason R. Shaffer, 23, of the 500 block of Nicktown Hill Road, Nicktown, was charged with aggravated assault, fleeing or eluding a police officer, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. A warrant has been issued for Shaffer’s arrest.

Tammy McConnell, 44, of the 11000 block of Route 553, Alverda, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Jan. 20.

Beth Ann Gibbons, 32, of the 200 block of Cherry Road, Cherry Tree, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture of a controlled substance. A Jan. 20 preliminary hearing is scheduled.

Justin M. Goss, 25, of the 100 block of Ridge Road, Nicktown, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A Jan. 20 preliminary hearing is scheduled.

James P. Woodley, 47, of the 100 block of Swedetown Road, Hastings, was charged with receiving stolen property. A Jan. 27 preliminary hearing is scheduled.

Michael W. Patterson, 26, of the 1500 block of Greenwich Road, Cherry Tree, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Jan. 20.

Mark A. Piatiak, 29, of the 500 block of Joseph Street, Northern Cambria, was charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and possession of a firearm. Piatiak is in Cambria County Prison awaiting a Jan. 20 preliminary hearing.

Daniel P. Findley, 22, of the 5500 block of Route 580 Highway, Cherry Tree, was charged with manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant has been issued for Findley’s arrest.

Harold E. Walk, 37, of the 600 block of Murray Avenue, Patton, was charged with public drunkenness and possession of marijuana. A Jan. 6 preliminary hearing is scheduled.

Charges of possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and no rear tail lights filed against James E. Gardner, 49, of the 3400 block of Arcadia Road, Cherry Tree, were withdrawn.

Charges of manufacture/ delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possession of a controlled substance filed against Gladys I. Wilkinson, 38, of the 700 block of Empire Road, Hawk Run, Clearfield County, were held for Cambria County Court.

Charges of manufacture/ delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possession of a controlled substance filed against Steven C. Perschka, 23, of the 3500 block of Windy Hill Road, Curwensville, Clearfield County, were held for Cambria County Court.

Retail theft charges filed against William E. Roland Jr., 25, of the 3800 block of Ben Franklin Highway, Belsano, were withdrawn.

Charges of harassment and terroristic threats filed against Darren M. Dowey, 20, of the 3800 block of Campbell Avenue, Northern Cambria, were withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct,

agricultural trespass of posted land, scattering rubbish on land, and make/repair/sell offensive weapons filed against Craig Mihalow, 28, of Haida Village and the 200 block of Buck Road, Hastings, were waived to Cambria County Court.

Charges of hindering apprehension/prosecution and corruption of minors filed against Joshua L. Keith, 21, of Laney Lane, Northern Cambria, were withdrawn.

Charges of terroristic threats and harassment filed against Carl M. Baker, 39, of Haida Village, Hastings, were withdrawn.

Charges of hindering apprehension/prosecution and corruption of minors filed against Justin A. Lloyd, 23, of the 200 block of Lloyds Road, Cherry Tree, were withdrawn.

Charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and conspire theft from a motor vehicle filed against Patricia Teare, 44, of Haida Village, Hastings, were withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault, harassment and reckless endangerment filed against Megan A. Strasser, 22, of Haida Village, Hastings, were withdrawn.

Charges of possession of a controlled substance and use/ possession of drug paraphernalia filed against Jessey J. Borruto, 29, of the 100 block of South Church Street, Carrolltown, were waived to Cambria County Court.
