Kuchera Industries and Kuchera Defense Systems of Windber issued a public statement today regarding Thursday’s raid by federal authorities.
Through their attorney, Dennis McGlynn, the company said the following:
“Federal authorities recently obtained numerous books and records from Kuchera Defense Systems Inc. and Kuchera Industries Inc. The books and records are in proper order and the companies are not aware of any discrepancies.
“Kuchera Defense Systems Inc. and Kuchera Industries Inc. would like to assure their employees, customers and the community that they are fully operating and are fulfilling all of their contractual obligations. In addition, the companies will continue to cooperate with the government.”
