• The following persons have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas:
William S. Nagy, 42, 100 block of H Street, Johns-town, accident involving damage to another vehicle. Placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay $3,810 in costs, fine and restitution.
Adam Pletcher, 23, 100 block of Intihar Street, Tire Hill, harassment. Ordered to pay $639 in costs and fine.
Kristin F. Roberts, 25, 700 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, two counts of simple assault. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $3,358 in costs, fines and restitution.
Erica Schindel, 38, 100 block of River Street, Hollsopple, theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for five years. Ordered to pay $3,895 in costs, fine and restitution.
Robert Carl Shipley, 22, Leisenring, Fayette County, indecent assault. Sentenced to 23 months probation, with one month home confinement with electronic monitoring. Ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and to pay $2,486 in costs, fine and any restitution.
Derrick Lee Smith, 19, Dupont Street, Johnstown, two counts of robbery and one count each of resisting arrest and drug possession. Sentenced to 45 months to 90 months in state prison, plus an additional one year probation. Ordered to pay $5,791 in costs, fines and restitution.
Nicole B. Smith, 27, 500 block of Main Street, Summerhill, three counts of theft by unlawful taking and one count of drug possession. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $6,979 in costs, fines and restitution.
Woodrow W. Taylor, 25, 200 block of David Street, Johnstown, robbery and false identification to law-enforcement authorities. Sentenced to 15 months to five years in state prison. Ordered to pay $1,774 in costs, fines and restitution.
Jessica Wagstaff, 21, 700 block of Portage Street, South Fork, disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $579 in costs and fine.
Lucie Waugh, 36, 400 block of St. Lawrence Road, Patton, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit theft. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $4,373 in cost, fines and restitution.
Curtis William Wilt, 23, 800 block of Quarry Street, Gallitzin, theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 16 months to four years in state prison. Ordered to pay $2,215 in costs, fine and restitution.
Frankie Lavell Young, 32, 800 block of Cypress Avenue, possession with the intent to deliver drugs. Sentenced to 21 months to four years in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,561 in costs, fine and restitution.

William Gretok Jr., 68, 100 block of Rockwell Avenue, Johnstown, three counts of theft. Placed on probation for six years. Ordered to pay $12,142 in costs, fines and restitution.
