The following defendants were sentenced in Cambria County Court after entering guilty pleas:

Benjamin Altimus, 29,

100 block of Balsam Street, Johnstown, DUI third offense, DUI fourth offense and two counts each of driving while

his license was suspended

and public drunkenness.

Sentenced to concurrent

terms of one to two years,

less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $9,475 in costs and fines.

Jerome Arnold, 19,

600 block of Ash Street,

Johnstown, robbery. Sentenced to eight months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,540 in costs and fines.

Vincent James Barrett, 21, 300 block of Oil Tank Road, Northern Cambria, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,447 in costs and fines.

David John Barrett, 36,

200 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, obstruction of

justice. Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $1,139 in costs and fines.

John Derrick Barry, 36,

100 block of River Road,

Hollsopple, retail theft, disorderly conduct and two counts each of receiving stolen property. Sentenced to four to

25 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $10,639 in costs and fines.

Christopher Paul Besash, 43, 200 block of Tioga Street,

driving while license suspended. Given suspended one-month jail sentence and ordered to serve 60 days under house-arrest conditions. Ordered to pay $1,253 in costs and fines.

Kristin M. Blough, 28,

600 block of Parker Road, Johnstown, tampering with public records or identification. Placed on probation for five years. Ordered to pay $3,373 in costs and fines.

Phillip A. Brougher, 24,

400 block of Stone Street, theft, burglary and drug delivery. Sentenced to nine to

23 months in the county prison. Ordered to pay $11,517 in costs and fines.

Bruce Burns, 23, 300 block of Decker Avenue, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $1,116 in costs and fines.

Denise Burt, 29, 800 block of Coleman Avenue, Johns-town, corrupting the morals of a minor and disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $4,437 in costs and fines.

Michael D. Byrd, 31,

100 block of Gautier Street, Johnstown, conspiracy to possess cocaine. Sentenced to six to 23 months in county prison Ordered to pay $1,570 in

costs and fines.

Larry Duriel Callaway, 28, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, conspiracy to possess cocaine. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,060 in costs and fines.

Eric Scott Cassick, 28,

300 block of Arthur Street, Johnstown, loitering or prowling at night and criminal attempt to commit theft. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $1,984 in costs and fines.

John Edmond Caton Jr., 33, 700 block of South Street, Johnstown, criminal

conspiracy to commit theft of services, DUI-third offense, driving while license suspended and public drunkeness. Sentenced to six to 17 months in county prison and a concurrent five years probation. Ordered to pay $5,475 in costs and fines.

Erica Schindel Clark, 38,

100 block of River Road, Hollsopple, access device fraud and receiving stolen property. Sentenced to three months house arrest, plus an additional

32 months probation. Ordered to pay $8,547 in costs and fines.

Clint Michael Cobaugh, 27, Blairsville, recklessly endangering others. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $1,072 in costs and fines.

Robert Clair Cochran, 28, of 400 block of Bethel Road, Ebensburg, drug delivery. Sentenced to 11 months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,647 in costs and fines.

Charles Dwain Conklin Jr., 30, Waynesburg, Greene County, statutory sexual assault. Sentenced to three to six years in state prison. Ordered to pay $2,615 in costs and fines.

Sean Thomas Crawley, 19, 1100 block of Boyd Avenue, Johnstown, unauthorized used of a motor vehicle. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,060 in costs and fines.

Bryan Custer, 52, 500 block of Mars Street, Johnstown, terroristic threats. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day,

in the county prison. Ordered to pay $1,403 in costs and fines.

John L. Davis III, 25,

700 block of Nelson Road, Johns-town, possession of

drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,412 in costs and fines.

Michael Steven Delarre, 21, Lakeview Road, Ebensburg, harassment, burglary and two counts of criminal mischief. Sentenced to six to

23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $5,242 in costs and fines.

Frank Demarco, 53, 1200 block of Clapboard Run Road, Johnstown, accident involving damage to another vehicle and driving while license suspended. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,755 in costs and fines.

Bernard K. Dennis, 44, Williamsport, Lycoming County, theft of services. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $829 in costs and fines.

Bruce Derosa, 30, 400 block of Harold Avenue, Johnstown, recklessly endangering another person. Sentenced to three to 18 months in the county prison. Ordered to pay $1,990 in costs and fines.

Charles F. Detwiler Jr., 34, Strongstown, Indiana County simple assault and driving while his license suspended. Sentenced to three months to two years, less a day, in the county prison. Ordered to pay $2,015 in costs and fines.

Dwayne E. Dixon, 25, 200 block of Bossler Street, Johnstown, possession of heroin. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,430 in costs and fines.

Anna Dorn, 39, 1100 block of Boyd Avenue, Johnstown, criminal solicitation to provide false information to insurance company. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,893 in costs and fines.

George Thomas Duranko, 57, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, prohibited offensive weapon. Given a suspended jail term of six to 23 months. Ordered to pay $2,010 in costs and fines.

Terri Fyock, 46, of 643 Wissinger Hollow Road, Johnstown, was sentenced to one to 12 months in the county prison on a no contest plea to possession of drug paraphernalia. Ordered to pay $1,465 in costs and fines.
