Patrick Fisher McCallops, 20, 900 block of Jacoby Street, Johnstown, defiant trespass, criminal attempted theft and possession of instruments of crime. In addition, Dean Martin Kawchak, 38, of the 300 block of Ohio Street, Johnstown, was found not guilty at a nonjury trial on charges of terroristic threats, harassment and criminal mischief.
