The following persons have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas:

Fidell Shamar Eberhardt, 17, Coraopolis, Allegheny County, aggravated assault and simple assault. Was certified to stand trial as an adult. Sentenced to seven to 23 months in the county jail, plus an additional one year probation. Ordered to pay $2,567 in costs and fines.

Eric Elgin, 33, 800 block of Vickroy Avenue, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to one week to one year in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,270 in costs and fines.

Donald Fenchak, 44, Strongstown, Indiana County, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $742 in costs and fines.

Patrick Fisher McCallops, 20, 900 block of Jacoby Street, Johnstown, defiant trespass, criminal attempted theft and possession of instruments of crime. Sentenced to five months to two years, less a day, in county prison, plus an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $4,274 in costs and fines.

Shawn Allen Foster, 41, 1000 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $840 in costs and fines.

Deanna Susan Furda, 41, 200 block of Bertmin Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $1,210 in costs and fines.

Carla Rose Gallaher, 39, 900 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown, criminal solicitation for prostitution and two counts of theft by deception. Placed on probation for 18 months. Ordered to pay $3,800 in costs and fines.

Joshua Garcia, 19, 400 block of Meridian Avenue, Johnstown, access device fraud and unlawful use of computer. Placed on probation for

46 months. Ordered to pay $7,471 in costs and fines.

Melissa Marie Garshnick, 24, 100 block of Prospect Street, Johnstown, hindering apprehension of another person. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,570 in costs and fines.

Amy Jo Gates, 25, 1200 block of North High Street, Ebensburg, possession of Oxycodone. Sentenced to one to 12 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,579 in costs and fines.

Kimberly Ann Gates, 50, 100 block of Singer Street, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $4,455 in costs and fines.

Donald B. Garver, 58,

1300 block of Nanty Glo, three counts each of indecent assault and corrupting the morals of minors. Sentenced to nine months to two years, less a day, in county prison, plus an additional five years probation. Ordered to pay $9,015 in costs and fines.

Sharmar Elvis Gibson, 28, 600 block of Rear Napoleon Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,545 in costs and fines.

300 block of Oil Tank Hill Road, Northern Cambria, recklessly endangering another person. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $1,885 in costs and fines.

Matthew Lee Greene, 21, 800 block of Wood Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,093 in costs and fines.

Jill D. Griffith, 30, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, three counts of receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $4,520 in costs and fines.

Robert Grove, 38, Altoona, harassment. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,458 in costs and fines.

Jai Allen Hale, 33, 700 block of Smith Street, Beaverdale, conspiracy to sell drugs, drug possession, theft and criminal mischief. Sentenced to two to four years in state prison. Ordered to pay $8,374 in costs and fines.

Paul Noel Hatch, 25, Altoona, driving while license suspended and impersonating a public servant. Sentenced to 90 days in county prison, plus an additional one year probation. Ordered to pay $2,502 in costs and fines.

James Leroy Heidler Jr., 27, 1000 block of Conemaugh Avenue, Portage, burglary, theft, criminal mischief and simple assault. Sentenced to five to

23 months in the county prison. Ordered to pay $7,384 in costs and fines.

Chad Helsel, 26, 600 block of Rear Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $3,192 in costs and fines.

Deanna Danielle Heltzel, 32, 300 block of Cliff Street, Johnstown, receiving stolen property and five counts of retail theft. Placed on probation for five years. Ordered to pay $7,618 in costs and fines.

James Adams, 43, 200 block of Picklo Street, Johnstown, accident involving damage to attended vehicle. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,180 restitution.

Larry D. Armwood, 33, State Correctional Institution – Cresson, theft by deception. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,235 in costs and fines.

Ryan Dwight Baumgardner, 32, 100 block of Berkley Road, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,819 in costs and fines.

David George Foust, 48, 700 block of Central Avenue, Johnstown, recklessly endangering others. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $1,438 costs and fines.

Vantroy Godboat, 37, 300 block of Village Street, Johnstown, possession of a small amount of marijuana. Placed on probation for 30 days. Ordered to pay $892 in costs and fines.

Edward Golden, 59, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $342 in costs and fines.

Derek Joseph Herdman, 33, with addresses on Summit Avenue and Wheat Street, Johnstown, robbery. Sentenced to five to 10 years in state prison. Ordered to pay $3,285 in costs and fines.

William Katrell Herring, 22, 200 block of Rear David Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $982 in costs and fines.

Travis J. Hoover, 24, 4000 block of Greenville Road, Hooversville, simple assault. Sentenced to one month house arrest and 22 months probation. Ordered to pay $1,272 in costs and fines.

Aleasha Ann Hoffman, 20, Baiker Street, Johnstown, possession with the intent to deliver cocaine. Sentenced to six months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,177 in costs and fines.

Louis Walter Hopkins, 26, 200 block of Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, simple assault. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $2,530 in costs and fines.

Diana L. Hullenbaugh, 39, 800 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,967 in costs and fines.

Robert E. Hummel, 69, 100 block of East Milton Street, Ebensburg, rape of a child and indecent assault. Sentenced to 21/2 to five years in state prison and an additional five years probation. Ordered to pay $5,208 in costs and fines.

Kenneth C. Huntzinger, 55, 500 block of Vine Street, Johns town, accident involving injury. Placed on probation for seven years. Ordered to pay $2,432 in costs and fines.

Larrimae Jones, 24, Pittsburgh, possession of cocaine and person not permitted to have or own a firearm. Sentenced to four months to two years, less a day, in county prison, plus an additional one year probation. Ordered to pay $4,538 in costs and fines.

Altariek Jones, 23, 400 block of Oak Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Ordered to pay $1,907 in costs and fines.

Debra Gail Junek, 43, 500 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $1,696 in costs and fines.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy, 43, Coalport, Clearfield County, accident involving damage to another vehicle. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,096 in costs and fines.

Trudell Killinger, 25, 100 block of Tremont Road, Johnstown, receiving stolen property and obstruction of justice. Placed on probation for

23 months. Ordered to pay $1,170 in costs and fines.

Travis Nevell King, 29, 100 block of Calhoun Street, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy to commit criminal trespass and receiving stolen property. Sentenced to 11 to 23 months in the county prison, plus an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $4,950 in costs and fines.

James William Kinkead II, 28, Bucknell Avenue, Johnstown, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Placed on probation for seven months. Ordered to pay $1,333 in costs and fines.

Kurtis Montalban Kirby, 54, 100 block of Ebensburg Road, Johnstown, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and accident involving injury or death. Sentenced to five to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,148 in costs and fines.

Eric Lee Klein, 20, Clover Street, Johnstown, possession with intent to deliver pills. Sentenced to six months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,272 in costs and fines.

Edward Klingensmith Jr., 25, Strongstown, Indiana County, theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to six months to one year in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,272 in costs and fines.

Jesse Herschel Klock, 25, 2400 block of Fieldstone Avenue, Summerhill, simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, DUI, public drunkenness and retail theft. Sentenced to

10 days to two years. less a day in county prison, plus an additional five years probation. Ordered to pay $9,622 in costs and fines.

Deborah Kordish, 45, Patton, simple assault and two counts of harassment. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,556 in costs and fines.

Terra Lawson, 32, Altoona, theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $1,547 in costs and fines.

Shy Tyquon VJ Lawton, 24, 1100 block of Milford Street, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,547 in costs and fines.

Robin E. Leasure, 54, 100 block of Coal Junction Road, Friedens, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,536 in costs and fines.

Darrell Raymond Lewis, 28, 600 block of William Penn Avenue, Johnstown, drug possession and resisting arrest. Sentenced to six months home confinement with electronic monitoring, plus an additional 17 months probation. Ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and to pay $2,812 in costs and fines.

Nicole E. Lonergan, 21, 3400 Bigler Avenue, Northern Cambria, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for five years. Ordered to pay $4,837 in costs and fines.

Michael Brance McCray, 20 300 block of Ebensburg Road, Johnstown, resisting arrest, simple trespass, disorderly conduct and two counts of defiant trespass. Placed on probation for four years. Ordered to pay $3,332 in costs and fines.

Shawn McMarlin, 31, 200 block of Magee Avenue, criminal mischief and attempted criminal trespass, sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,376 in costs and fines.

Jamie Madden, 43, 800 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, flight to avoid apprehension and possession of cocaine. Sentenced to four to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,663 in costs and fines.

Elisha Matthews, 20, 300 block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, theft by deception and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Placed on probation for 12 months. Ordered to pay $2,058 in costs and fines.

Earl Munoz, 24, 500 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, criminal trespass and simple assault. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,794 in costs and fines.

Joseph Conrad Myers, 74, 100 block of First Street, South Fork, indecent exposure. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $2,206 in costs and fines.

Howard Newton, 24, West Chester, Chester County, flight to avoid apprehension. Sentenced two four to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,025 in costs and fines.

Dennille Nihart, 30, 2500 block of Crawford Avenue, Northern Cambria, two counts of defiant trespass. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,354 in costs and fines.

Kenneth Oaks, 22, 500 block of Rear East Main Street, Somerset, theft. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $580 in costs and fines.

Jennifer Nicole Ortiz, 23, 1500 block of Menoher Boulevard, Johnstown, hindering apprehension of another person. Given a suspended three- to 16-month prison sentence. Ordered to pay $1,730 in costs and fines.

Eric Paul Patterson, 24, 100 block of Arnies Drive, Carrolltown, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,528 in costs and fines.

Dennis Wayne Perry, 58, 600 block of Chestnut Street, Johnstown, drug delivery. Sentenced to three months house arrest, plus an additional

20 months probation. Ordered to pay $2,957 in costs and fines.

Justin Peterson, 28, 800 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $1,177 in costs and fines.

Kenneth Michael Polites, 26, Elmora, false identification to law enforcement. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,545 in costs and fines.

Dorothy Jean Pyette, 51, 600 block of Rear Sherman Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct and false identification to law enforcement. Sentenced to one to 12 months in county prison, plus an additional six months probation. Ordered to pay $2,521 in costs and fines.

Kevin M. Rainey, 51, 600 block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, recklessly endangering another person. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,332 in costs and fines.

Heidi Reed Duncan, 28, 700 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $367 in costs and fines.

Thomas James Sandberg, 25, 300 block of Daniel Street, Johnstown, resisting arrest and theft by deception. Sentenced to three weeks to one year in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,511 in costs and fines.

James Russell Shank, 48, Messenger Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,470 in costs and fines.

In addition, Dean Martin Kawchak, 38, of the 300 block of Ohio Street, Johnstown, was found not guilty at a nonjury trial on charges of terroristic threats, harassment and criminal mischief.
