A woman from Pittsburgh reportedly is among the 13 victims of the shootings at Fort Hood.
She is military physician assistant Juanita Warman, 55, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.
Another western Pennsylvania woman is among those injured.
Army 2nd Lt. Brandy Mason was shot in the thigh, her aunt told KDKA-TV.
Sabrina Heath of the Pittsburgh suburb of Monessen said her niece made a brief call home Thursday and said she was at the Soldier Readiness Center waiting her turn when the gunfire began.
Gov. Ed Rendell has ordered that U.S. and state flags be flown at half-staff through Wednesday at state government facilities as a tribute to the victims of the shootings.
