FERNDALE — Ferndale Borough Council has given tentative approval to a 2010 operating budget totaling $525,196.
The budget includes no increase in taxes, said Councilman Mark Wissinger, public relations chairman. The real-estate millage is 35, he said.
Final action on the budget is anticipated at the council’s meeting at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Ferndale Firehall, Wissinger said.
Also unchanged are the garbage-collection and sewer-maintenance fees, he noted.
