Young Professionals of the Alleghenies will hold an event to raise money for the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association and GOTHAM On Stage.
For the Love of Wine, Chocolate and the Arts will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Friday at Bottle Works Ethnic Arts Center, 411 Third Ave. in Johnstown’s historic Cambria City neighborhood.
The evening will be highlighted by a reading from Ryan George, a writer and adjunct writing instructor at Penn Highlands Community College.
The event also will include a tasting of chocolate-inspired appetizers and desserts, fine wines and a silent auction.
Jill and Leah Gontkovic will provide musical entertainment.
The event is open to the public.
Tickets cost $30 per person and will be available at the door.
