Justin John Hicks, 23, 500 block of Railroad Street, Windber, indecent assault. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,351 in costs and fines.
Thaddeus Hockenberry, 22, 100 block of Clover Street, Johnstown, simple assault and terroristic threats. Sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in county prison and an additional one year probation. Ordered to pay $1,926 in costs and fines.
Richard Benjamin Holdsworth, 35, 100 block of Taylor Lane, Salix, DUI-fourth offense, driving while license suspended and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one to two years, with home confinement. Ordered to pay $4,862 in costs and fines.
Montez R. Holland, 47, Solomon Homes, Johnstown, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month home confinement and an additional six months probation. Ordered to pay $2,682 in costs and fines.
Troy Hollis, 29, Pittsburgh, robbery. Sentenced to six to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,559 in costs and fines.
Larry Gene Hovanis Jr., 34, Northern Cambria, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month home confinement and an additional five months probation. Ordered to pay $2,691 in costs and fines.
James Francis Ianni, 42, 600 block of Main Street, Portage, DUI-third offense, driving while license suspended and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $4,856 in costs and fines.
Kenneth Dwayne Ingram, 43, 500 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $536 in costs and fines. No further sentence.
William Bradford Jones, 36, 100 block of Mission Lane, Lilly, false reports to law-enforcement. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $872 in costs and fines.

Stephen Kearse, 51, 800 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, resisting arrest and public drunkenness. Given a suspended three- to 12-month prison sentence. Ordered to pay $1,481 in costs and fines.
Joseph Anthony Kerr, 24, 1100 block of Chestnut Avenue, Northern Cambria, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and one county each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Perry Allen King Jr., 33, 700 block of Duke Place, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy in the illegal sale or transfer of a firearm and five counts of delivery of cocaine. Sentenced to two to five years in state prison, plus an additional seven years probation. Ordered to pay $14,687 in costs and fines.
Mark Thomas Kinkead, 34, 700 block of Somerset Street, Johnstown, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and three counts each of indecent assault and corrupting the morals of minors. Sentenced to five to 10 years in prison, plus an additional 15 years probation. Ordered to pay $10,393 in costs and fines.
Cherly A. Kirsch, 50, 200 block of Rear Barron Avenue, Johnstown, harassment and resisting arrest. Sentenced to eight days to one year in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,804 in costs and fines.
