The following roads remained closed or restricted because of flooding.
Blair County:
Route 2022 (Juniata Valley Road) from the intersection of Swinging Bridge Road in Frankstown Township to the intersection of William Penn Highway in Frankstown Township.
Route 1013 (Kettle Road/Kettle Street/Pemberton Road) from the intersection of Snare Drive in Tyrone Township to the intersection of Hileman Road in Tyrone Township.
The roadways will remain closed until the flood waters have receded. Motorists are advised not to drive on water covered roadways and find an alternate route.

Route 4015 (Adams Run Road) is closed from the intersection of Adams Run Road in East St. Clair Township to the intersection of Sawmill Road in East St. Clair Township.
Route 869 is closed from the intersection of Walters Hollow Road in Lincoln Township to the intersection of Walters Hollow Road in Lincoln Township.
Route 1001 (Chalbeate Road/Imlertown Road/Sunnyside Road) has a north bound lane restriction from the intersection of Hoagland Road in Bedford Township to the intersection of Airport Road in Bedford Township.
Route 1014 from the intersection of Belden Road in Bedford Township to the intersection of Creek Road in Bedford Township.
Route 4007 (Sloans Hollow Road/Watson Road) from the intersection of Covered Bridge Road in Harrison Township to the intersection of Diehl Road in Napier Township.
Route 2019 (Lutzville Road) from the intersection of Ashcrom Road in Snake Spring Township to the intersection of Hospital Road in Snake Spring Township.
Route 1017 (Hickory Bottom Road) has a southbound lane restriction from the intersection of Hershberger Road in Woodbury Township to the intersection of State Street in Woodbury Township.
Route 4013 (Crissman Road) is closed from the intersection of Cortland Road in West St. Clair Township to the intersection of Cortland Road in West St. Clair Township.
Route 2017 (Main Road/Diehl Road) is closed from the intersection of Route 326 (Main Street) in Colerain Township to the intersection of Route 326 (Egolf Road) in Snake Spring Township.
Huntingdon County:
