SOMERSET —
A Jennerstown man is accused of attempting to deal drugs outside a North Center Avenue shopping center.
State police in Somerset charged Joshua Thompson with marijuana and paraphernalia possession and intent to deliver the drug on Friday in a Wal-Mart parking lot.
He was arraigned before District Judge Kenneth Johnson.
Dispute ends in alleged assault
A South Fork man faces assault and harassment charges for grabbing a woman during an argument, state police in Ebensburg said.
Michael J. Vasbinder, 30, of Broad Street, grabbed the woman by the arm and face during a dispute Saturday evening, police said.
Vasbinder is scheduled to appear before District Justice Rick Varner of Sidman, police said.
