WINDBER — SCHIFFHAUER – William T., 83, Windber, died Oct. 3, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Oct. 30, 1928 , in Johnstown, son of late William G. and Marie (Sheer) Schiffhauer. Also preceded in death by wife, the former Florence Falinski; second wife, the former Betty (Wadsworth) Cribbs; daughter, Regina Kirkwood; and sisters, Marie Long, Dorothy Blalock, and Mildred Malek. Survived by daughters, Barbara, wife of Gene Livingston, Jennerstown; Ellen, wife of Frank Carino; Nancy, wife of Edward Trovato; and Trisha, wife of Delmus Schlosser, all of Johnstown; Kathy, wife of Gene Suto, Windber; and Lisa, wife of Craig Gaudlip, Jerome. Also survived by stepdaughter, Linda, wife of Dennis Norton, New Mexico; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Brother of Loretta Klug, Richard Schiffhauer and Robert Schiffhauer, all of Johnstown; and Ray Schiffhauer and Joann McKool, both of California. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. William was a retiree of Bethlehem Steel with 35 years service. He was a loving, kind and generous father who always had a smile on his face. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, the Very Rev. Leonard E.
