MONROE, N.C. — WENDEROTH – Alta Ruth, 92, passed away Sept. 28, 2012, at Lake Park Nursing Facility, Monroe, N.C. Preceded in death by loving husband, Paul, owner of Keystone Typewriter Co., where she worked until her retirement. Daughter of the late Edward and Norma Momberger of Johnstown. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by her loving family and all who knew her. Survived by daughter, Linda Williams, Charlotte, N.C.; and son, James P. Wenderoth, and wife, Roseanne, Johnstown. Also survived by grandchildren, Tracy Streilein; Erin McGhee, wife of Ben McGhee; Mike Mitchell; Chad Wenderoth, and wife, Susan; Mike Wenderoth, and wife, Theresa; and Corey and Luke Wenderoth; and great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Shane Wenderoth, Hannah and Ava Wenderoth, Mason Wenderoth and Connor and Peyton McGhee. Member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church and Quota Club, which she enjoyed very much. Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Oct. 9 at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church.
