Kathleen E. Agypt

PORTAGE — AGYPT – Kathleen E., 96, Portage, passed away Jan. 13, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 2, 1916, in Portage, daughter of James and Margaret (Shaw) Moyer. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Philip Agypt; and siblings, Russell, Clifford, Mabel, Genevieve, Ray, Sylvia, Bobby and Arthur. Survived by daughter, Phyllis Wess (Daniel), Mineral Point; granddaughters, Kathleen Maurer (Kim), Heidi Kopchik (George), Sherri Krug (Andy) and Viki Krug (Pat); and great-grandchildren, Kara Gwinn (Jimi); Kassie Jo and Kip Maurer; Nicole, Chad and Curt Panick; Krista and Nate Krug; and Jarod, Haley and Brittany Krug; also great-great-grandchildren, Keegan and  Carter Gwinn and Marley Westrick. Also survived by sister, Dorothy. Kathleen was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church. Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Matthew R. Decort Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., Portage. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Portage, Father Walter Moll, celebrant. Committal, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Kathleen’s name to Bishop Carroll Catholic High School.
