NEW GERMANY — SMITH – Patricia Mae, 64, New Germany, died Jan. 16, 2013, at Windber Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Born Dec. 29, 1948, in Colver, daughter of Gilbert and Bernice (Miller) Lewis who preceded her in death. Survived by husband of 42 years, Kenneth Smith Sr., whom she married July 18, 1970, New Germany; sons, Kenneth Jr., married to Mandi Gramling; and Keith, married to Cathy Zupon, both of New Germany; daughter, Karmen, wife of Joe Baumgardner, Summerhill; grandchildren, Thomas, Trevor, Justin, Tyler, Devin, Makena, Kara and Cate; brother, Dean, married to Sherry Raymond, Amsbry; and sister, Carol Ann Burns, Altoona. Patti was a secretary for United Cerebral Palsy. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society, New Germany. She enjoyed bowling and was known for her wood crafts and floral arrangements. Friends received from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home Inc., South Fork, where Rosary will be prayed at 3 p.m. and vigil for the deceased will be held at 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Father Leon Hont, OSB. Committal, Holy Name Mausoleum, Ebensburg. As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Ave., Windber, Pa. 15963, or John P.
