NORTHERN CAMBRIA — REMATT – Anthony F. Sr., 80, Northern Cambria, passed away Feb. 4, 2013, at Golden Living Center-HAIDA. Born July 17, 1932, in Spangler, son of Antonio and Hortense (Delso) Rematt. Preceded in death by parents and wife, Harriet (Manion) Rematt, who died Feb. 24, 2003. Survived by children, Anthony, married to the former Jane Kirsch; Gregory, married to the former Cynthia Yuhas; and Denise Rematt, all of Northern Cambria; granddaughter, Anne Rematt; and stepgrandchildren, Sarah (Matthew) Kline, Megan (David) Commons and Mary Brown. Brother of David (Nellie) Rematt, Northern Cambria; and Margaret Rematt and James (Janet) Rematt, both of Carrolltown. Tony retired from Bethlehem Steel with 32 years of service. After his retirement, Tony enjoyed spending most of his time working in his garden and yard. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Prince of Peace Chapel. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tony’s memory to American Cancer Society, 1004 N. Juniata St., Hollidaysburg, Pa. 16648.
