Jay Lee Miller

JOHNSTOWN — MILLER – Jay Lee, 87, Johnstown, died Feb. 10, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Oct. 15, 1925, in Johnstown, son of the late Emvory and Nellie (Lias) Miller. Preceded in death by brothers, Frank, Robert and Teddy Miller, and sister, Jane Steiner. Survived by nephews and nieces, Sidney Miller, Bedford, and Rodney Miller; Rhea Mozi; Heidi Miller; and Stacey Steiner, all of Johnstown; great-niece, Jessica Mozi; great-nephew, Michael Mozi, both of Johnstown; and numerous great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Jay was retired from Johnstown Office Supply after 42 years of service, and will be sadly missed. He was a great storyteller; loved to shop and was well known for being up on all current events and local news. He was a member of Beulah Church. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Private service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Road, “Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care.” Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com.
